Used to love this place. They used to be awesome. But if you had more than one drink or two or three they will call Clovis PD to watch you and to try to figure out if you're drunk before you leave. Even if you're going to call an Uber or a ride share before you leave. 3/4 of their customers are drunk before they leave and they decide to call Clovis PD on all of them so be careful. Oddly enough they called Clovis PD and they stopped us while we were waiting for our Uber and CPD Said "great thank you guys For getting an Uber" Clovis PD said "We will wait for your Uber with you" And Clovis PD will talk to you before you get in your car so be where I have an Uber ready and have your license ready . Pisses me off that I have been going to Pressbox for almost 8 years and they call PD on me now.. I've always Ubered home, even though I can guarantee I've seen other people leave way more intoxicated then me. Would have been nice if the bartender asked how we plan on getting home, would have told her UBER. I've been to PressBox 1 &2 and have never had them call PD on me.. so yes I am upset!! I can't believe that me and my friend, who didn't raise a ruckus, who didn't get crazy. Had Clovis PD called on us. PressBox you need to start watching all of your customers if your going to discriminate against some of us. There are people that leave so intoxicated they can barely make it through the door and your ok with them driving away... must be because they are "regulars". Oh wait.. I thought I was a regular... once every other week me and my wife.. having dinner maybe some drinks.. apparently we weren't "regular" enough. Bottom line.. beware of you drink there... they will call Clovis PD on you if they feel you drank too much.. yes they will continue to serve you as much as you want but when you...
Read moreI did not dine in, but ordered from the app and picked up. I am a first time customer and upon arriving they had a live band which I thought was nice. There was no personal there who greets you, so I began walking to the bar area and asked one of the servers I saw to help me with my order I was picking up. The server did go check and my order was ready, but then he asked me, " did you pay?, I then responded, "yes." I am not to sure if the servers are familiarized with the process when ordering on the app. I felt like I was stereotype by the server because he still attempted to confirm if the order was paid with another coworker, but again it does not seem like they know. I got the food I paid for and left. Despite the experience I had in just picking up my food, it does not take away from the quality tasting pizza, boneless chicken and fries I purchased. The food was on point and delicious. I hope next time I purchase on the app and pick up my...
Read moreWorst service I have ever personally experienced. Not only did they mess up on THE WHOLE tables orders, but when we politely approached the situation, we were told appetizers would be complimentary and there would be 10% off the final bill. When it came time to pay, the appetizers were comped and the rest of the food there was not 10% taken off. The manager continued to lie to us and say he took it off even though the menu and our bill proved he charged full price. That wasn’t even the worst part. As we left, after we paid, the manager continues to glare at our whole family as we walked out and told me that I could go ahead and leave even though all we did was hold them to their word in what they had said they would do for the mix up. Whether he was truly the manager or not, I would NEVER recommend any person go there unless they expect everything but good...
