Just went to this location and could tell already the employee helping us was going to be difficult. After ordering and getting to the window, everytime We'd ask for a sauce we were given a vibe of "I don't want to be here" by an employee named Stevi. After waiting for a good while they finally gave us our food but only one order. We had to remind them about our other order which was sitting right in front of her. When we got home I noticed that the egg rolls I had ordered were jalapeño poppers instead and on top of that, they forgot our order of loaded cheese fries. When I called to mention it to the manager I was greeted so unprofessionally with only a "hello" I had to ask who I was on the phone with. When I asked if the establishment I had called was Jack in the box he answers with "yeah" I decided I didn't want to talk to this unprofessional individual so I asked for the manager and to my surprise, it was who happen to be on the phone with me. Surprise surprise. When I mentioned what had happened, he knew exactly who I was as if he was waiting for my call. Halfway through the call I decided it wasn't worth my time because nothing was going to be done anyway and will just decide to go to other locations besides this one. Really shouldn't hire people who's job is to serve others but treat it as a burden. Hopefully nobody else...
Read moreThey have served fries with such old oil that it literally taste burnt! How in the world do they taste so bad! And I have called them multiple times and they will not answer the phone. At this point I want my money back! This is the second time they have given food with oil that is old and taste like an ash tray! Please clean the oil.
updated Finally got through to them, I asked about the oil and when I did the girl on the line said "ummm" and then hung up on me. I called again and asked if I was speaking to the manager, I told him my concerns and how they gave old oil fries that taste burnt and he couldn't tell me as a manager when his team last changed the oil. He did not try to make the situation better or anything. He was just said oh okay, I'll talk to the team. Like that is making my night any better. This is by far the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. I've already been on the fence about jack in the box, this has definitely helped me over one side for sure. I drove back to restaurant, spoke with manager Josiah spelling maybe wrong, but anyway stated to him my complaint, didn’t ask for a refund only asked could I replace meal for a double cheeseburger, remind you I brought food back with me exception of drink which I didn’t expect for another, he the manager stated he could only give me the burger since I had eaten out the fries , now you have inconvenience me to were I had to drive back there because of you guys fault of tenders burnt, no apologies no nothing! And the least you could have done was replace the fries along with the burger, I ended up getting a refund which wasn’t what I wanted but I won’t ever patronize with Jack in the box!!!!
