At 115 I ordered it is now 140 on a wait on 2 fresh frys because ours where cold. It's under four mins. The manager comes out between this time and gives us out Big Mac sauce only and then said give him a sec. I end up having to pull around because at this point it was 136 when I get up to the window, the little boy at the window ask for the Fry's back okay so we gave him one bag that the fries had dumped out in with that box well then he comes back and says do you got the other box or no?, so we inform him that he could have the other bag that has the other french fry box in it that had the trash in it because it dumped out in the bag. The manager is only given one bag and comes over and starts yelling at us like we are trying to steal fry same we ate all the fries but there was two different bags. He is rude and then tried to park me again which would have left me here even longer and then would only give us one barbecue sauce for two medium french fries six nuggets and and our sandwiches. And then acted upset when we asked for more. It is not the young boys fault is completely the managers let me go order a drink I wonder if it'll let me. Then to top it all off the fries were actually overcooked. Then I decide that I needed to order a Coke to go with it so I do another pickup order I'm just a large Coke I get up to the first window the boys there blonde boy does good then the next window this little girl is the only one working because the manager and all these boys are back there playing laughing and hee hawing. So I actually had to wait again just for my large Coke because she's having to take orders and do drive window while they're back there playing. The service was horrible. I need to know them your number I don't know okay God I wish you wouldn't make me do this I hate this actually I don't but I ain't telling him that. Read moreThey basically called us a liar and wouldn't give us our happy meal that we ordered after they forgot it. We placed an order on the app, went through the drive through and were asked to pull to the second pickup window and wait. My husband thought they said to pull around and wait, following the signs that say to do so. Someone came out with our order but couldn’t find us. We saw her with our order with our happy meal with it. She went back inside since she couldn’t find us and we flagged her down when she came back out again. A different girl brought our order but no happy meal this time. Only 2 brown bags and 1 drink (we got our other 3 drinks at the window). My 12 year old son decided to run in with our receipt and they argued 4-5 times back and forth with him. He said the manager did as well, that she had a manager badge on her shirt. He said they were rude to him. My husband went in and they told him no, they gave us the happy meal and argued with him as well. He ended up having to buy another one for our daughter. Livid is a nice way to put it for being called a liar when we didn’t receive what we PAID FOR. We were driving a new Raptor with a Christian decal on the back. We SO LOOK LIKE THE TYPE THAT WANTS OR NEEDS TO LIE TO STEAL OR GET A FREE HAPPY MEAL. Common sense is gone in this generation of people working there. It’s plain scary. I decided to call after we left to try to get a district manager’s number because of the way we were treated. I spoke with the manager at the store that claimed they had no idea what happened. If there’s only one manager in the store then… ok. Sure... They said they were very sorry and said I’d have to come back to the store to get a refund. We live 4 1/2 hours from there and aren’t going to turn around for less than $4. Read moreMost of the staff at this location have really bad attitudes and serious problems. From the minute you go to order at the drive through you have some stank girls with horrible attitudes for no apparent reason. If you don’t want to be there o don't like your job find one that better suits you and your ability to perform your duties accordingly. You know when your trained your trained to say “welcome to McDonald's how may I take your order” o at least “how may I take your order” not what do you want. On top of there bad attitudes they don’t pay attention to what’s being ordered and they feel they need to place whatever order they feel like putting down not being what was ordered to begin with. Alexander was the shift manager at the time of all this mess and even he was about to catch an attitude until he saw I wasn’t having it so at that time to avoid any further issues i just requested a full refund so that I can leave and never go back. It was a little over a year since I've been at this location for the same exact reason. I see nothing has changed, of course everything starts with bad management. Things like this should not be happening at any kind of business establishment. General Management need to keep this location under watch an retrain there whole staff. I see that this location has major problems and I’m not the only one that see these issues.
