Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Clovis

Literally pressed the button the light flashed the screen said they would be with us. We sat there for more than 30min just for nobody to get to us. Then the light stopped flashing. I press it again. That's when someone gets to us right away. I tell them what happened and they told me next ime press harder for the light to flash. I told them I did, then it was silence . She didn't respond at all to what I said. Flash forward to after I give my order and it it comes out. She gives me my blast and I ask her if she was sure that there was snickers in there (I got snickers and butterfingers in my blast). I only saw butterfingers. She talked to me like she hated her job and hated me. She was mean mugging me so hard. I literally had no idea what her problem was. I only asked her one question and I didn't even ask it in a rude way either. I told her last time I came here for a blast I got oreo and snickers and only got oreo. Very strange, first ever experience happened. I was accused of trying to steal food at the stall by a tweeked out car hop. She was short with a super short blonde pixie haircut. She didn't identify herself nor was she able to locate what happened to my receipt. I am so upset I can barely formulate this sensible. Even after pulling up on the screen, verifying I paid with my bank card there was no apology for the direct insult or wasting my time! Whats unbelievable is she was tipped based on the 15% to 20% rule. She couldn't even muffle a simple thank you. Bring back the full interviewing process. Paid $26 for absolute trash. That's harsh but I literally threw everything we ordered besides the drink into the trash! My kids burgers were old, Cold, and hard around the edges, all the tater tots were cold and hard as a rock, and my chicken strips weren't even edible and was only given two rocks instead of the 5 piece I ordered. Thought I cracked my tooth biting into it. Sonic on Prince used to be so good and it's so nasty every time I go now. I will never be back to this Sonic. I'm tired of wasting my money then be asked to tip.
