First of all, I used to work at Subway, so I have a good idea of how the store is supposed to be ran. We got there around 2:15, and spent 45 minutes waiting in line for the single, slow sandwich artist to make sandwiches for another family ahead of us. Not only did she go at a snails pace, but while making the sandwiches she didn’t do a single thing right. I was first in our group, and wanted a toasted sandwich, but instead of toasting my sandwich before starting on the rest of my group, she waited until all the sandwiches were made before toasting mine. This lead to about 5 minutes of us just standing there waiting for our sandwiches to cook. She also didn’t use the correct setting on the toaster, so my entire sandwich is hot on the outside but still cold on the inside. Disgusting, right? Lastly, they didn’t have a single bag of chips on the rack, and when I asked if I could get a bag she groaned, rolled her eyes, and came out of the back with a popped bag of Doritos. There are so many better options around here for food. NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!! I would rate NEGATIVE IF I COULD!!!

The first time I went a man walked in and kindly asked a female staff member to move her car so that he can leave and she screamed at him and refused to move her car. The second time I had arrived at the store at 8:45PM and although the store hours are listed closing is 9:00PM the lady, who was talking away on the phone, looked at me and shook her head saying she was closed. Read moreService was the slowest I’ve ever experienced at subway. One junior employee was being trained by someone who didn’t really know what they were doing in the first place. The employee who was competent enough to make food in the first place, was chitchatting with the customers too much, distracting her from her work. This subway location was also out of many ingredients, such as salami and most veggies. The bathroom was also out of order and the employees said they “didn’t want to clean it” and suggested using the restroom at another local establishment....
