We tried this restaurant on three separate occasions and times. Only two or three food items were notably tasty out of 5 different appetizers and 4 entrees. The rest were pretty bland or tasted nothing like the food items we've had many other times and places. The occasion we sat in the restaurant, we waited 45min before even getting an appetizer, and 1hr 30min for all of it to get to us. Just gyoza, chicken stir fry, and a sushi roll. The to-go orders seem to be heavily prioritized and were the only orders we placed that were ready quickly on the other two occasions we ordered. The atmosphere was nice, definitely not a fantastic location but it was pleasant to be there. The wait staff were also pleasant, but when we were in the restaurant, they were serving more than one set of patrons who were all seated almost 30min after us with the same kind of appetizer and entrées we had ordered.
Overall, a decent place but we don't plan to come back. There are a lot of options that do it better, so we're hoping the in-restaurant service time and overall food quality and...
Read moreI was looking forward to trying their Pad See Eiw but I was disappointed in the first bite. I can’t even bring myself to finish this dish. I don’t know if it’s because of the chefs “special” sauce or what but it just doesn’t taste good. I was expecting more egg and broccoli ( it was literally two small pieces!) since the TRADITIONAL dish contains a lot as well as bok choy. I wouldn’t even call this Pad See Eiw. This is basically Drunken Noodle without the peppers. It was my fault for overlooking that they added carrot and mushroom. I’m not sure who is in charge of the Menu but please consider my opinion and make some changes. I’m not interested in trying your other dishes since I specifically wanted Thai and after reading that bad review on your Pad Thai I definitely believe them. I tried many Thai restaurants and your dish doesn’t even compare to their level.
I was also sad to see that your “Thai Kitchen” didn’t have Curry Puffs on their menu. I know you can only do so much but that’s a classic appetizer that is popular among other Thai...
Read moreThis place had an inviting atmosphere but the praises end there. The two ladies in the front were less than amiable, and while I made the mistake of forgetting to request no boba in the tea, the server told me to scoop it out without so much as offering to bring another cup. The food arrived and the teriyaki vegetables my grandmother ordered was decent, but the Thai Basil with chicken was probably the worst I have ever ordered. The chicken tasted as if it had been frozen and tossed into the pan just long enough for it to thaw out. The servers were aware that I was unhappy with it, and even after leaving the plate at the end of the table untouched, they did nothing to recover the experience. Instead, they proceeded to speak Chinese about the situation amongst each other. After removing the plate at the end of the meal, they brought the check and we paid for Both meals because it only makes sense to pay for food that people do not consume,...
