STAFF FLIPPED OFF MY HUSBAND AND 8 YEAR OLD AFTER WAITING 20+ MIN IN THE DRIVE THRU, AND THEN GOT THE ORDER WRONG.
My husband took my son through the drive thru and ordered 1 happy meal and a chocolate shake. There were 2 cars ahead of them, and after 5 minutes my husband noted the time. They reached the window after waiting 20 minutes and then waited another few minutes while the staff made the shake and soda. When the girl finally came to the window my husband said âwaiting 20 minutes for 1 order is pretty crazyâ. She snapped back at him, âWe only have 2 people in here so if you donât like it donât come through our drive thruâ. My husband responded âwell I didnât know that when I ordered and thatâs not the customers problem.â She proceeded to flip off my husband in front of my 8 year old, and walked off. To make matters worse, they messed up the order and gave him a vanilla shake. Arbyâs is my sonâs favorite place to stop and itâs on our way home, but he now says he doesnât want to go back because he doesnât want to see her.    Read moreStopped in on our way back into town and should have known it was bitt going to go well, first off bathrooms were out of toliet paper and paper towels, the lobby soda machine was broken, soda was flat and ice portion was not working, then when we got the food we ordered, they forgot an order or fries and then my husband's sandwich had maybe 4 shavings of roast beef and the other 2 sandwiches were thrown together and messy as hell.    Read morePlaced an online order here and it didn't take my coupon wanted to cancel and try to reorder but only number given was the stores number to contact which good luck no one will answer so I go in and tell them what hepppend and was told I have to contact corporate to cancel my order, which would have been great if the app actually gave a number to call other then the stores number. So long story short they wouldn't help me with my order and also the fries and potato cakes were pretty much cold the sandwich would have been too if they didn't pop it in the microwave to warm up the cheese and meat....
