I just just stopped at the Sonic in kolby. Kansas cars backed up on three sides of the building. Trying to use the drive-thru I wanted to go inside. Use the restroom. Buy my purchase. No signs on the door. Everything's locked up. I walked past two employees sitting on the side of the building smoking cigarettes looking at their phone while the traffic is backed up on three sides of the building. We can't run the law because we don't enough people, but they don't care about the people in the Drive-Thru either. I won't be back to this location ever and I come through quite often and look forward to going. There no longer will that happen. Terrible customer service. I guess the customer doesn't matter that's getting to widely recognized all over but Sonic terrible customer service today. You lost the customer on all fronts. You could have put a note on the door. Simple. You could have said something as I walked past you simple but apparently...
   Read moreThis location actually deserves 0 stars not 1 star. Everytime I have gone here they mess up the order or leave something out. I waited in a stall for over 10min waiting for someone to take my order only to have a carhop bring me an order that was not mine--even when no one took my order yet. I told her that I've been waiting too long for some one to come over the speaker and she walked away and apparently didn't say anything to workers inside. This is not correct Sonic customer service. I finally decided to go through the drive thru after 5 more min and they couldn't even take my order over the speaker. I pulled up and someone came out to take my order. When i paid and got my order I checked it like I always do and they didn't give me marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I waved the lady down and asked for 2 since there was none to begin with and she only came back with 1. I know these are not the Sonic Drive-In standards fix...

He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to resolve customer service related issues as well as employee. Our debit card was authorized (on hold) twice for the same order yet we weren't actually charged for the order yet. Instead of assuming my husband and I were attempting to snag a free shake and tots (lol), he gave us our order on good faith that we would follow up to make sure the card would be charged. Thankfully, the charges were taken off of hold and we were able to do the right thing...but HE BLESSED US BY PAYING FOR OUR ORDER AND TOLD US TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT.
