Ordered on the automated system. Alarm goes off. No action happens. A couple of minutes later a smoker from out side wanders in. What appeared to be a manager starts having a discussion in the back something like 10 -15 mins go by and a nice lady behind the cash register checks then asks me if I would like a refund. It took a little while to figure that out but a refund was issued. Horrible customer service...
