Good food, but not as good as in the past. Getting a little pricy, too. UPDATE--Reduced hesitantly-reduced four stars from nine months ago to hard-earned one star): Haven't been there in months, since their rise in prices with decline in portions and quality; at first, I thought it was great yeaterday that they'd apparently hired a young server with disabilities. Turned out he was just rude: immediately glaring and impatient with the two of us even while we were trying to get around him and into our seats, then publically and blatently accusing us of not paying for a bottled soft drink the manager watched us bring in with us from our car due to the 80+ degree day. Then without another word to us, he asked his manager if he could leave for the day even before our meals were served (we were his only customers and all of this took place in just a few minutes). As a server and manager, I made a point to inform my customers when someone's shift ended during their meal. When our reasonably sized meals arrived, my son bit into a plastic orange retaining ring from a juice lid or something (hopefully) edible. They took his plate and brought him another, but the staff's overall behavior by that point led me to suspect they just dumped more on his previous serving. Not surpringly by that point, we were charged full price for all of this experience. As a side note, I personally don't recommend the $5.25 chicken soup with spinach noodles. The bourbon chicken was juicy, but seemed to have included maybe three small carrot shavings and what amounted to a single, uncooked string from a celery stalk, so I don't know if these sparce vegetables were intended or also just accidentally dropped on the plate. Used to love this place, and regularly recommended all of the Chan's restaurants to friends and family, but...

This place is HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time or money. Management or ownership is disgusting and nasty to customers. Yesterday I ordered a general tso's dinner meal with chicken fried rice to go. When I got home I opened the container and they gave me orange chicken and whatever they try to pass off as chicken fried rice (white rice w a little soy sauce and a few carrots definitely not fried). I immediately called and spoke to a very nice woman who apologized for THEIR mistake, took my phone number and name and told me I could come in any day that was convenient for me and assured me that they would correct my order and give me what I paid for. Fast forward to the following day, I call ahead to let them know I'm on the way to get the order and I'm assuming it was the owner that answered the phone, he was rude and nasty and was literally arguing with me saying he would not fix the order that I paid for one meal and thats what I received was one meal (the WRONG meal!!!!). He refused to honor what his own employee told me and wrote down and would not correct their mistake. So I am disputing the charge with my bank. Read the reviews on this place before going. Clearly there is a reason they have a lot of 1 stars. Also, the portion sizes are almost laughable compared to other Chinese places. 5 bites of fake fried rice and 8 pieces of (mediocre at best) chicken for $15. Other places give 2-3 times the portions for...

The food is good, but compared to the standard fare at Chinese Restaurants go, be prepared for some creative dishes that might not be what you expected as the name implies. Watch for the coupons you take in there. A two for $ 10.99 offer you clipped out of one of those mailers is not what the bill will add up to when you get it. There were four in our party, each couple had a two for 10.99 coupon with 3 ice-waters and one diet Coke to drink. The waiter said we could use them as we ordered. When the bill came, the total was $36.00 with $8.00 subtracted. That is 6.00 more than the coupons stated. This happened on the previous visit when using coupons also. The cashier said we ordered items the coupons didn't cover. Why Didn't the waiter point this out when ordering? The manager, without any offer to straighten out the charges, followed us outside and said he wanted to still be our friend. Great businessman! Bring your calculator and add up the total as you order and get the waiter to agree on it before you eat there and avoid their bait...

Beautiful, colorful interiors are just part of what makes Chan's Asian Wok memorable. The service was wonderful. The owner is so sweet and served us himself. This is the first place I've found in over a decade that has meatless "chicken" dishes. My husband and I got meatless General Tso Chicken and meatless Sesame Chicken and tried each other's. Both were delicious and I would highly recommend them. I've also recommended Chan's to several meat-eaters I know who prefer the meatless chicken dishes when they're offered. Great food, great location, great service, great experience. Thank you!

I ordered online, there were no size options, given the price I assumed all orders were large. All other Chinese restaurants fill a large round container and a paper box of rice for a large order $10-$13 and lunch special is rice and the main together for $7-$8. I ordered three larges at $11, the picture shows what to expect. The lo mein was also very small. The pork egg rolls were dry, I have had better egg rolls out of a box from kroger. The crab rangoon were good but I was so disgruntled over everything else I couldn't enjoy them.

I travel the country doing trucking, so I eat at a lot of places. This was the most absolutely disgusting pad Thai, or even ANY noodle dish I’ve ever had in my life. Literally tasted like water and burnt grill. No sauce, no seasoning, no peanuts or spice.. just tasted exactly like some burnt water. I also asked for a cup of water, which they wouldn’t provide. It costed me 22$ for this. What a complete rip-off. I’d rather have a 2 day old McDonald’s hamburger than this 8 days of the week.
