Dunkin' — Restaurant in Colebrookdale Township

I got coffee there for the fourth time this morning. First, the lid was not correctly put on which caused it to spill on me and in my car. I figured it's okay, accidents happen. Then I sipped the coffee, it tasted like piping hot water flavored coffee. This is the fourth time I've gotten coffee there and the fourth time I had to throw it out . I would definitely not reccomend going there. Thanks for ruining my 1 hour commute for an essential worker guys.

Update: I gave them their 5th and final shot this morning. ordered a medium iced caramel coffee. It looks like watered down coffee with no cream, and again it is nasty. More wasted time and money. I have contacted corporate, as it's obvious someone needs to fix something at this store. I will now be driving 15 minutes out of my way on an already hour long commute any time I need to pick up coffee.

Update 6/17: I called cooperate and complained. The store manager called and left a message asking how she could make it right. I returned her call and left a message. it's been over a week and she still hasn't returned my call. I just called and left a messag . Apparently Gina has better things to do than figure out why her store is failing...

Objective review:

Most if not all Dunkin Donuts these days are poorly run with HORRIBLE service, not what this chain was many years ago and still do not understand with all the independent places to get breakfast or otherwise - why anyone goes to them.

This location has a special review all for itself.

BEYOND DIRTY is every aspect. Employees do not use basic hygenie in handling food Food and donuts are often stale and clearly not kept in the manner they should - just watch how things are stored and employees handle the food in PLAIN sight, imagine what you can not see? Employees are BEYOND rude and clueless. They truly do not care if you order is correct or not and you stand there forever and they look at you and when they acknowledge you, they act they are doing you a favor. Orders are generally wrong and paying attention or taking ownership - forget it, that is a tyipical thing for Dunkin Donuts.

This place - GROSS - stay away, or pick another Dunkin that is cleaner - you are taking your life in your hands by eating here.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and you also don't feel like you have a bathe in sanitizer...

I asked for fresh coffee as it was late in the evening and I know that it's been sitting for awhile. The girl pours me the bottom of the pot and quickly returns to the back room. It tasted like water with cream. so I waited to try to get another Cup. nobody addressed my order right away. There must have been some type of entertainment in the back room because they quickly wanted to get back there and I felt like I was interrupting them. I had to open the door and close it so that the door chime would alert them. I told her my concerns and she gives me the bottom of another pot that was sitting there and again it tastes horrible so I give up. Whatever was going on in the back room seem to be a lot more important than serving customers. so needless to say that was a waste of money and my time. I ended up throwing the coffee out. Long story short the girls needed adult supervision and there was none. hopefully they get...
