I went through the drive thru on Tuesday 11/8/17 @ a few minutes before 3 P.M. My order was simple, Large beef and cheddar, small curly fry and Large chocolate shake. I went their for my disabled friend. She took a bite of her BEEF AND CHEDDAR and realized there was no cheddar, I looked at the receipt and confirmed I ordered and was charged. Their receipt doesn't have their phone number so I found the number and talked to the Manager. He informed me that there was cheddar on it according to the cook. I decided to get a refund and then changed my mind b/c I am sure they thought I was lying. I explained on the phone and in person to the manager that I didn't have time to come back b/c my ordered was incorrect and that I had and appointment and would back in a couple hours to get what I originally ordered and b/c it didn't have cheddar on it and he assured me the cook confirmed he/she put cheddar on it that it I had no choice but to bring it up to make sure they were aware I WAS NOT LYING. This happens about every other time I go but b/c my friend likes Arby's I go back for her. I usually call and get a credit but to call this time and told that cheddar was put on it was UNBELIEVABLE. I was basically told I was a liar without using the word. I didn't even get an apology instead he wanted to argue with me saying he didn't call me a liar. . He is right he didn't call me a liar but when you tell me that the cook but cheddar on it and there is no cheddar on it he basically was telling me that I was not being truthful. i asked for the District Manager's name and number and was told it was on the back of the receipt. There was no Name and I called the number and was not able to get through. It sounded like the phone was picked up and then hung up. This happened about 5X but believe me I will search the Corporate office and give them a call. This manager obviously needs training on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolute worst experience ever š© walked in and wasn't greeted even though a manager and two others were on the front line conversing. After a couple minutes I finally asked if their lobby was open, to which the manger yells to the back for someone that there's customers. The young man came up front and didn't speak, then eventually asked to take our order. Took a little while to get our food, and when we did it was warm š¤¦š¾āāļø if my toddler wasn't hungry I would have went else where. I asked the manager for the number for corporate and was told they didn't have one, but another manager said she'd look. Waited over five minutes and she never came back but I seen her bagging orders for drive thru. I over heard the young man tell the manger I was mad bc I want greeted and the manager laughed, no big deal. But he approached me to Spotify with the excuse that he didn't greet me bc he was taking care of other customers. Yet he was able to converse with his employees about coworkers at another location. This Arby's is very unprofessional. I was able to find corporate number. Overall horrible service. I hope others have a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live close by and b/c of laziness I still go here. It ALWAYS takes forever to get your food, unless you get a plain roast beef in which case, it's cold. The experience here is without fail, the worst Arby's experience 65% of the time, every time. What that means is, sometimes it'll be the worst experience you've ever had, other times just a bad experience, not necessarily the worst. How bad can it get you ask? Just keep going. The last time I went in b/c their slow drive thru was backed into the street, and there was a lady in there throwing food at them asking who hung up on her.. She was probably justified.
*Update Lately my experience has improved and have had less negative experiences. Nothing above and beyond but a definite improvement from past experiences. There is a guy that works there with obvious neglect of personal hygiene and he wasn't wearing gloves when handling the food so take it for what you will. I'm a firm believer in challenging and building my bodies' immune system but...
