Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colerain Township

Im so disappoint i usally dont have any problems with my pizzass and today that im statving they burn my cheese!!! Its not eatable i call and she said she will give me a credit and she cant re send the guy because of the roads! Girl why you lying to me? colerain ave is super clean! (Straight shoot) i said i waited one hour and 10 mins for this i even paid for it upfront and tip the guy and i dont have nothing to eat but boneless chicken she said she wouldn't. So here i am pregnant feeling dizzy starving cause they burn my pizza and still didnt care to bring me my large pizza that was 17 dollars the chicken was for my husband and the pizza for me like very upset cause i order cause i dont have nothing easy to cook now im up making rice. Sitting every 3 mins cause if i dont i feel like i am about to blackout i took a pic and posted it here on the pics now i dont know if someone has to approve it but i wish i could attach it here. Significant other placed order for me online. I had noticed it wasn’t what I had asked him to place. When I called to correct the mistake that I’m well aware we ourselves made ( I kept patience with employee knowing this wasn’t their doing) she had NO customer service phone etiquette. Careless and spoke with attitude, I understand it’s late and close to closing time I have worked for Papa Johns I understand the frustration. I had stated what needed to be fixed was put on hold, she then asked again what I was wanting. Put on hold. When got back on telephone confirmed what I was wanting & said they canceled previous order and when they redid it my total was cheaper and they actually owed me $3. Great, awesome. Asked how long until it should be for it to arrive her response was “ I don’t know” like I mentioned I have worked at a pizza place the system will state carry out and delivery quote. If not you have worked your shift tonight state average delivery wait time you’ve stated ALL night. I’m just not thrilled with the way staff handles things. Hopefully food...

i order 3 pizzas. when i went to pick them up, they only had 2 ready. after traveling 20 mins to get the pizza for them to tell me, they will make me one, it takes 10 mins. so like i told them, i ordered them all at the same time, i would like them all to be the same freshness. from there, the girl walked away, and a cook came from the back claiming to be the manager, and refusing to remake all the pizza. either way if he would have remade them, or i left them which i did, he would lose two pizzas. he wanted to argue and tell me what he wasnt gonna do. i had my kids with me, starving and whom i have to get home and get ready for school, thats not the point. i was treated unfairly, rudely and i dont think they deserve to be a company. the guy claimed his name was scott. i would hate for this to happen to my grandmother or yours. i had to go all the way to norwood just to get dominoes pizza. im very upset and dis satisfied. i have worked all my life, and have never disrespected a customer such as they did. what happened to first come...
