WORST CARRYOUT EXPERIENCE EVER!
Very rude! Unpleasant! And unprofessional!
I’ve ordered from here multiple times and I’ve never experienced the poor customer service I have like today! My order never arrived and upon me calling to get an update I was given an ultimatum to have my order remade due to time temp issues. The guy on the phone notified me that it would be another 45mins... which was okay long as the food arrived hot and safe to eat.
My son has a low immune system so he “CANNOT” eat very low temp foods. So the wait was appropriate seeing the circumstances. Now about 5mins later I had the displeasure of receiving a phone call from the establishment but this time there’s a “very ignorant and irate” woman on the phone screaming at me(the customer) about them not remaking my food. I try to calm the woman down but she preferred to scream over me and not allow me to speak. When asked why is it an issue to remake an order they failed to deliver she told me I need to use a “microwave” to reheat food that should be arriving HOT!
Now to most people this is a “never again” type of situation. But to me after the disrespect I received I will not stop until this restaurant is removed from this area! College park doesn’t need poor customer service establishments around here. It’s...
Read moreI like to consider myself a pretty patient person. But three phone calls, and an hour and a half later I just can't be patient anymore! The costumer service was horrible. Not only couldn't I understand what they were saying, but everything was rushed in the extreme, and not only didn't they care that I wanted a refund, after I gave them my address they hung up. That's right! They. Hung. Up. On. Me.
As if that wasn't worse when they guy did call, an astonishing 30 seconds after I canceled my order to say he was there, I tried to tell him over the phone that I had canceled my order and could no longer take the food. Now, did I want the food? Hell yes! I'd waited over an hour and a half for it! But, given my principals, I was not going to take the food.
in any case, he couldn't understand me, and so I said I'd come outside and explain it to him. Not only wasn't me there, but I had to walk down and then back up three flights of stairs. I'm not mad about the extra exercise, just the way I had to get it.
And did I mention it's spring break at lunch, with basically no one around? Yup. I doubted their phones were ringing off the hook in a deserted college town.
