Subway — Restaurant in College Station

Longest wait ever. Only one person, making you wait while doing online orders. At first ok to finish, but kept stopping saying give me a minute, friendly guy, but worst customer service ever...oh then person walked in (pick up online order), was already fixing a sandwich that happened to be hers, attended to her, making us wait again, then came back to us, I should have walked out, but on the road....

I walked in, noticed the gentleman in the subway uniform sitting down. He asked me if I could wait 15 minutes to order. I said no and left. No one else was there but the location was open. He just couldn’t get up to make a sandwich. Hopefully his boss reads this and gets him the help he needs to take a break or educates...

I've ordered here a few times for mobile orders and the staff have always been extremely friendly and courteous to both me and other customers.
