I’m beyond frustrated with my experience at this Subway. I ordered my usual sandwich and selected "no onions" on the app because I have a severe onion allergy. Despite this, the sandwich I received was loaded with onions—making it not only inedible but potentially dangerous to my health.
I called the store immediately and spoke with an employee named Lee. He was doing his best, but I could hear Sydney, the store manager, feeding him responses in the background. I calmly asked for a refund since I couldn't eat the food due to their mistake. Instead of handling the situation professionally or even apologizing, Sydney insisted I had to leave work and physically bring the sandwich back just to get a refund.
So let me get this straight: you mess up my food, put my health at risk, and I’m the one who has to go out of my way to fix it? That’s not just inconvenient—it’s careless and unacceptable.
I’ll be reaching out to corporate, because refusing to help a customer after a potentially harmful mistake is NOT how a manager should operate. Sydney clearly has no regard for customer safety or satisfaction, and if this is how she chooses to represent Subway, she shouldn't be managing anything—let alone a store...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. The worker, Chris, was completely disrespectful. I told him I wanted a pretzel and then decided I wanted a couple more for my mom and husband. He started smart mouthing me saying well you should have said that in the first place. He then started throwing my food around very aggressively. It’s obvious something was wrong. It is Black Friday today so I was thinking maybe he was really busy. But then I got to thinking, I have worked customer service all my life and have worked on Black Friday and have come across very rude customers but never once would I have acted like that. My mom saw how he was acting, as did the other customers so my mom came over and told him he was being very childish and disrespectful. He claimed it was because he had a very long day. The other customers around who have been here before said that this is nothing new and they’re never nice here. I didn’t even want my food anymore but I still...
Read moreWas leaving Walmart 9/4 at around415-430pm and upon entering the subway I placed 2 15 packs of soda on a table to call my wife and ask what she would like for her order. Before I was even able to dial her number a woman asked if I were planning to make I purchase in which I replied yes I was. I proceeded to ask if they were closing soon and she told me no and that I could not stand there. I decided to leave. After picking up my belongings I asked her if they just didn’t like having business. She told me that the safety department told her that I wasn’t allowed to stand inside and retrieve my wife’s order over the phone. That I should find a chair outside of the establishment and come in after I figured it out. So I left. The employee punches out and leaves to go home after. Customer service training is desperately needed at this establishment. Don’t recommend...
