Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in College Station

I hate leaving bad reviews but they offer opportunity for the business to see how the customers true experience went and how they can improve. I got pizza at this location 2 days in a row based off a huge craving I have. I live out of town a bit and this is the closest location on the way back home from being in town so I usually go here. I have never had worse Dominos pizza before. I tried again today thinking it was just the thin crust version I didn't like but the deep dish I got today was equally unappetizing. When the locaiwas new I called in an order once to pick up and the guy on the phone told me that sounded really good actually bc it was a weird pizza and by George it was the best version of that weird pizza I like I have ever had because he obviously was involved with me as a consumer, and was inspired by my creation, he did a damn good job on it. That kind of enjoyment has very slowly but very surely left this location. As a food industry worker and management, we need to ensure all workers that want to be there and perform well are treated with the respect they deserve from management. Too often I noticed someone that takes pride in making pizzas is completely overlooked as incompetent bc it's pizza but in reality this person may not have the courage to apply at that gourmet restaurant they've been eyeing. As soon as tountreat them like another stupid employee, you lost a potentially great partner to the business that needs to be rewarded, not treated like the rest. How do managers become managers? I have to edit my review here, and am leaving my original below. Not sure whats going on with this Domino's but the last 3 times were not what you would expect, i called the first time just to let them know somethingmust be wrong with the dough. I have been coming to Domino's for years, before this location even opened. Last 3 visits, just pepperoni, dough undercooked and hard, no to sauce to speak of, burnt pieces of something on top of pizza(not sure what), and seemed less than normal pepperoni. I've had so many free pizzas with your points program I'm sure I've lost some, but I wouldn't even want what I have received lately free. Honestly dont know what I'll be back, three chances is 1 too many for me. Gonna miss you guys 😞

I mean it's Domino's. You get what you expect each and every time. I do appreciate the app and rewards it makes it a lot easier than what it used to be. However, one thing I would say to avoid is their cheese dipping sauce. It's just melted mozzarella so when it cools it's just a bowl of hard non liquid cheese. LOL...

Do not order from here. My daughter-in-law went to pick up pizza here and observed person preparing pizza with no mask and leaning directly over the pizza. She knocked on window and asked for him to put on mask and was told he didn’t have to because they allow him to do that because he’s right by the ovens and handed her our order. When she got home, my son called and was rudely treated, hung up on, and would not answer again after 30+ tries let alone offered to refund their $70 order. They are right now returning the order.
