I have been going to this location for years and the service used to not be so bad but for the past couple of months it has been absolutely horrible. The past 3 times I've gone through the drive thru they have gotten my order wrong. I even asked the lady if my dressing was in the bag lastnight and she assured me that it was and when I pulled up to check guess what wasn't there? My dressing. My boyfriend had to go inside only to have to wait at least 2 minutes before someone even acknowledged that he was there because they were too busy chatting with each other. When I got home I then realized the large fry was filled halfway more like a medium fry and the medium fry was like a small. I ordered a mobile order a few weeks ago and had it set to pick up through the drive thru but when I got there the line was extremely long so I decided to go inside instead and just pick it up. I waited for 20 minutes on my MOBILE ORDER. I noticed that the guy bagging the food was making the drinks as well which obviously takes extra time while people at registers were just standing there when they had no customers. I went up to the lady letting her know I hadn't gotten my drinks yet and she was like "well do you have your food" I said no and she said "the drinks come out with the food" like clearly the guy was struggling, help him. I’ve made the mistake of going through the drive-thru twice in the last month & been disappointed both times. I have never complained about any chick fil a ever but this one always leaves me disappointed. Especially the drive-thru. Order in drive-thru has been wrong, quality of food is poor, staff is not friendly/professional like other locations. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal & got 2 regular tenders & 2 over-crispy, extra small pieces that looked like they had fallen off a regular chicken strip & got left into he frier half the day. Now I know the person making my meal had to realize those 2 were unacceptable but just didn’t care & figured by the time I noticed, I would be long gone. After my last 2 trips here, I think I will avoid this location. Also, if you are going to have people outside taking orders, they need to provide customers with a menu from which to order. Read moreI had the pleasure of meeting Craig at Chick-fil-A for the first time today, and I was genuinely blown away by his service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a level of kindness and professionalism that’s becoming all too rare these days.
Even though it was our first interaction, Craig made me feel like a regular. He was attentive, patient, and went the extra mile to ensure my experience was nothing short of excellent. You can tell he genuinely enjoys serving others and takes pride in what he does.
Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, but Craig takes it to a whole new level. He’s the kind of employee that makes you want to come back, not just for the food, but for the experience.
