Food Truck - Taqueria Guatemala — Restaurant in College Station

The food truck is parked on the side of Exxon closest to Harvey Rd.

This is NOT a restaurant so the atmosphere rating shouldn't even count, in my opinion.

It looks like it's family owned which already gets bonus points from me. I've been there twice now and I noticed that the lady and the young girl are focused on the back cooking and prepping the orders. The man and young boy take the orders, including the to-go orders taken over the phone. They also handle the money. Since I'm bilingual I didn't bother speaking to them in English so I don't know how well they communicate in English. I'm sure they do okay though.

Both times I've been there they have people lined up. That's how I knew I was going to get delicious food! Both times I ordered their Rellenitos. I'm sooooo happy that they make the ones with bean filling instead of the cream filling.

How are the rellenitos? DELICIOUS!!! I think they might be the best I've ever had so far. I haven't ordered anything else on the menu because I'm so obsessed with the rellenitos, however, I am definitely a fan now so I'll update this review as I try other items...

I have been here a number of times, and it has been great each time. I will say that the quality and portion size does fluctuate a little each time, but the taste is always great, and you still get more food for cheaper than other places. My only “complaint” is that there can be a language barrier depending on who is working the register, but that’s the cost of going somewhere with authentic food. I would recommend this place...

I got the pollo dorado and one more thing but dont remember the name. It was very tasty , i enjoyed it. These 2 were total $12. They did have a credit card machine and they do accept credit card payment. At least when i was there. It was busy when i went (8pm) . it looks like people order by phone and comes in for pickup, that may minimize wait time if...
