I enrolled my niece at the beginning of June 2022 because she would be here for a week for the summer. I was initially told that she would only be able to take the Cocinando class due to her peanut allergy. Two days into her class, I received a phone call stating that she would be transferred to the baking class because there wasn’t enough students in the Cocinando class. I also asked the front desk clerk about the camp memories and was told to purchase the memories off the portal. I went straight to my car and purchased the photo package, only to never receive my camp memories. When I called to ask about the photos, I was pretty much told that I was lying about the purchase. I had to screenshot the proof of my purchase and email it to the lady at the front desk for her to believe me. After 20 minutes of her not believing me, she blamed the mistake on the IT team and stated that there had been issues with the portal. If she would have made that statement initially, I would not have written this review, but she continuously insulted me by indirectly calling me a liar about my purchase. I had already paid $275 for the classes, therefore, why would I lie about a $25 purchase for my nieces photos. To this day, I have not received my photos or a phone call about a refund or me receiving my photos. The only memory I have of her from the class is a photo the school posted on their Facebook page. Read moreDO NOT BOOK A CLASS HERE! THEY WILL CANCEL THE CLASS WITHOUT NOTICE & NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. WHEN YOU CALL THEY’LL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND & BLAME THEIR 3RD PARTY SYSTEM. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE THE CLASS I BOOKED & I STILL DON’T HAVE A REFUND OR ANY ANSWER ON WHEN I WILL BE GETTING ONE.
They canceled the class without sending out any cancelation emails (they swear they sent an email out but a lot of parents didn't receive the email so I doubt one was ever sent), we only found out when we showed up for the class on June 26, 2023. I called their office number (the same day as the class) to request a refund & have yet to hear back from anyone. I was told a manager would call me back & help me get a refund on the class. Over 24 hours later I have yet to hear back from anyone.
Update: I finally spoke to a manager (I had to call back ; they didn’t call me like I was told they would). They said a refund should be in the process but can’t send me a confirmation email proving that a refund is in process.

Read moreI responded via "contact us directly" June 21st, and I requested to be contacted. Nearly a month later I have not heard from anyone. My daughter had a cooking class last month that began at 9:00am. At the 10:00 restroom break she came out and sat with me and decided she did not like the class and would not return. I was disappointed, but it was fine. I continued to work for about an hour before we went to return her apron and chef's hat. At no point during that hour did anyone even realize she was gone. That is extremely unsafe to send a bunch of children in an unmonitored area to the restroom alone, and not even take any type of roll or headcount to ensure they all returned.
