QuickTechAV TV Mounting Specialist — Local services in College Station

I will start off by saying that I would recommend QuickTechAV to anyone and everyone looking! I am taking my time to write this review to reciprocate the time Kermit set aside for me to schedule and knock my project out. I recently purchased a home in College Station and was looking for someone to install multiple outlets above fireplaces to go behind TVs, install surround sound speakers, run/hide wires, mount multiple TVs, and hook up a media room(projector, receiver, in wall surround sound). To me, this was no small task. I will preface what I am about to write with I am an Air Force officer on orders out of town, as well. My schedule was tight, so when I called Kermit it was late in the afternoon on a weekend. I fully expected to leave a voicemail and possibly get a call back to set up a future appointment.(many companies ghost you) However, this didn’t happen to my surprise. What did happen was Kermit answered and said he would come by after he finished the job he was currently working on all day! Kermit and Dave, both, accommodated my schedule and did in fact come by that very same day after he was finished with the current install he was working. Now, being in the military, communication is of utmost importance to me. Kermit discussed the scope of work, in detail, laying out his plan and his process and he said he would love to work together on knocking my project out. We shook hands and he said he would deliver a quote. The communication that I received from Kermit surpassed any and all expectations of mine as well as my wife, as did the quote and scheduling of my project within 24 hours of meeting him and his team! He says what he is going to do and he delivers….period! Kermit really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. My impression of Kermit and his team is that this is not just a job for them, but rather a passion and calling and it definitely shows. He delivered exactly what I wanted, at a price point that is unmatched, all in the amount of time any other company would have taken just to set up a walk through appointment. If you are looking for a company for TV Mounting, Surround Sound, Home Theaters, Smart Homes, Home Automation, Structured Wiring, Home Pre-wires, Video Doorbells, and/or IT & Networking, then STOP because this is it!! UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: On today’s menu was a new printer install! Lucky me! I got to see Kermit, DJ Spaceman AND the new guy, Jaimie. This superhero trio gave me preferential treatment since I’m such a long standing customer. But then I suspect they give everyone preferential treatment. I don’t know what I would do without Kermit and his crew. They give me such peace of mind. There can do attitude, proficiency, and timeliness are stellar. Thanks so much! UPDATE: This morning when the temperature outside was in the 30s, my Wi-Fi decided to quit. Well, without Wi-Fi, my Nest thermostat would not work. So, I could not turn on my heater. I am disabled and growing older by the minute. Heat is a good thing. Kermit managed to work me in to his very busy schedule. They got me up and running in a heartbeat. And, at my age, heartbeats are critical. He’s just such a sweet young man. And every member of his team is equally as sweet. Everything you read below is still all true. STILL TRUE: Kermit is a most professional and courteous young man. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. I contacted him on a Friday. He came by that day to see what needed to be done. We scheduled the following Monday. He showed up at the decided upon time, did the work, and left. He mounted a flat screen TV for me. He is coming out next time to add colored LED backlights.
