Depending on the day time frame you go depends on the type of service u get. I would say daytime is the best if u have any issues which at this location you will. I understand this location is very busy, but take a place like in n out or chickfila, or even canes 90% of the time my service is excellent something Taco Bell needs to work on. I can deal with a wrong order and explain and have it corrected, what you cant take back is bad customer service. I dont want to see anyone walking around doing nothing especially if there's a long line and my order is wrong. I also want to be told that my favorite potato tacos are missing the sauce because they ran out, some may think it's small but if u dont eat meat or just want a lower sodium option then they need to explain that a piece of the product isnt available. Luckily because I expressed concern to the manager he was very accommodating but the issue could have been solved with a more mature staff member. Also taco bell, please please please have a worldwide meeting with all of your general managers and have them put all staff on the food line that can tell when food is cold, hard, needs to be wasted, soggy all of this. The pricing doesnt match up with the quality or even quantity of food. To pay 10.00 for 3 soggy tacos you should be ashamed as a whole company. Read your reviews for your stores and u will see how the numbers add up. Oh and bring your meximelts back and get rid of this insane 1 taco a day membership it's insane to think someone other than a toddler could eat one taco a day at least make it 3 and work the pricing on that. Or better yet give me a call I'll help u will the logistics of what you customers want. Its simple keep up with your stores and you'll see a profit and hire people who want to work and maybe give them more of an...
Read moreDubious and predatory towing business with Excel Towing, driving business away from Northgate area.
I parked my car at the Taco Bell parking spot which says "for customers only". Since it is not specified that this includes "Taco Bell" customers only, I was under the impression that "customers" referred to customers of the Northgate area (i.e. all businesses there, such as McDonald's, CVS etc.). A mistake, because the tower apparently "spotted" me going to CVS and immediately towed my car within less than 5 minutes. I understand that you have to protect parking spots for businesses, otherwise all students would just park there. I actually applaud towing vehicles from parking spots where they do not belong, such as vehicles on disabled parking spots etc. (which is plenty happening in BCS). I also understand that people need to make a living and provide for their families. However, this appears completely unreasonable to me and a more than dubious and predatory business model on both ends, Excel Towing and Taco Bell. I am also not the only one this happened to (see other google reviews). I already spread the word amongst my friends and co-workers. Vote with you money and don't use Excel Towing or go to Taco Bell at North Gate! Your vehicle might not be safe there if you want to visit multiple venues at that area but you get "spotted" by somebody from...
Read moreI'm not usually one to "review" places, bad or good. I've been to this location several times and haven't had any problems. Food order was correct, staff was nice and proper. But tonight, around 11:45 PM I pulled into the drive-thru and there was one vehicle in front of me waiting to order. I didn't think anything of it at first, as I'm not typically a very impatient person. But after about 20-25 minutes of waiting, the truck finally pulled up. So, naturally, I pull up expecting to be greeted and asked what my order would be. However, I too ended up waiting for about 15 minutes (at this point there are about 6 cars behind me) before I decided to just pull up to the window. Once I got there, the window was closed and there was a guy, who very unprofessionally signaled that the restaurant was closed down for a couple days due to maintenance. I ended up going to McDonalds next door (which I also had problems at) and while I was in the drive-thru, I noticed that there were about 10 cars in the line and the worker I had seen earlier was going from car to car telling people that the restaurant was closed. My question is WHY wasn't this done sooner? Why just leave your loyal customers out there waiting like that? Very inconsiderate. Ya'll pissed a LOT of people off...
