Don't get me wrong. I love Lululemon because their quality is top notch, but the customer service at this store may be some of the worst I've seen anywhere. Went to this store 3 days ago and strongly felt that the only reason the guy attended to me was that he thought I was a theft liability which is insane as I was well-dressed/groomed and would never dream of stealing anything. Once in a blue moon the customer service is OK, but my experience in nearly every one of my 20+ visits has been akin to that of homeless person walking in to a jewelry store. A strong atmosphere of "Get out, you can't afford this" persists at this location. This does not apply to every employee, but it does to the majority. However, save yourself the time and gas and make sure you call to see if they want to offer those services that day (and even then you might get one answer on the phone and another in the store). Either way, the corporate office needs to do an audit of the training of leadership at this location on communication and getting all associates on the same page. When trying to purchase an item at the checkout, they did not talk to me or acknowledge me at all. It was like I was a problem, interrupting their conversation, even though they are at their job to work. They also charged me for one transaction FOUR TIMES. Their system was down and they acted like it was my fault. The overcharges are not going to be refunded to me until a week from the time of the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous.
