Burger King — Restaurant in Collegedale

We downloaded the Burger King app and placed our order on it to be picked up in store. When we got there the drinks and the cheese and potato tots weren't available so we had to change our order. I think they need to fix the app so it won't let you order those things at your selected location if they are out. The crew member at the window also alerted us to the fact that our order went through twice and charged us twice. He did what he could to try and delete one of the orders and notified us of who we need to contact if we aren't refunded our money. So far both charges are still pending at our financial institution. We had everything in our order when we got home. I've never had mozzarella sticks from Burger King before and I probably won't have them again. They were cold and the outside wasn't crispy or crunchy. The onion rings were different. Instead of a ring of onion battered it was batter with onion pieces shaped into a ring. We tried the new Whopper Melts. The bread seamed like it came to the restaurant pre toasted. It had the texture of plastic. It was so weird. The sandwich was cold. The cheese wasn't MELTed at all. When I was given the drink after I paid it was the wrong size. I told the staff I ordered a large meal, she looked at the screen and said that they rang it up as as small "forgive her". I still had the card I paid with and the drink outside my window in my hand and said that's fine but I would like the large. She then handed my food to me and shut the window. She never even tried to fix the order which I would of happily of paid more for. So I'm assuming I'm stuck with whatever they gave me at this point, she shut the window so fast before I even got to ask for ketchup with the meal I'm now stuck with.
