Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Collegedale

I had a BOGO coupon, so decided to call ahead of time and order, so it would be ready when I got there. She told me it would take 10 minutes. I ordered 2 veggie subs, which are supposed to come with swiss, provolone, and green bell peppers. I told her on the phone that I wanted them "Mike's way" with no onions and no oil. She then offered me additional options, such as pickles, jalapeno peppers, banana peppers, mayo, and spicy mustard. I told her I would take the pickles and spicy mustard. When I arrived 10 minutes later (I was watching the clock), I sat outside the drive-up window...and sat...and sat... finally I decided to call them from my cell phone. It was still ringing when finally someone noticed I was there. They came to the window and asked me if I had an order. I told them yes, and another lady (apparently the one who talked to me on the phone) came and said that my order wasn't ready because I didn't tell her which number sandwich I wanted. I said that I told her the veggie. (There's only one veggie sub option.) I also asked her if she didn't know what I ordered, why didn't she ask me that on the phone? and by then it had been 15 minutes since I ordered, which I told her. She said it would take "two seconds" to make my food. It took more like 2-3 minutes. So when I got home, I found I had two sandwiches with only lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. No bell peppers. No pickles. No mustard. I doubt I'll...

I came in with my family a few days ago, and it was ridiculous. The store was extremely dirty with food on the floor and tables, so we wiped off the tables with our own hand sanitizer. We were the only ones there, and the group of teenagers working was just sitting in the back on their phones.

The bread on our sandwiches was stale, and they did not give extra meat that we paid for. When I said something to the guy working about the stale bread, he essentially got mad at me and stormed off instead of offering to make new sandwiches with fresh bread. It was a teenage boy with short/medium dark hair working the register who was extremely rude. They also put ingredients on my sister-in-law’s sandwich after she told them not to put them on there because she is allergic. They fussed about having to fix her sandwich. One teenage boy with long blond hair was really nice and apologized.

It was a Sunday afternoon with a handful of teenagers working who don't care about their job. If you even try to go here to eat (I wouldn't), then at least do not go after school hours when school kids...

Ordered 2 sandwiches here via door dash (currently my wife and I have covid and aren't trying to spread it) and 1 of the 2 sandwiches came. My wife called and was told the sandwich would be remade and sent out or we could get a refund. Called back after 30 minutes and a different team member said that they expected us to come get it as they don't deliver and the refund would have to be requested from door dash. The missing sandwich is 100% their fault and not door dash because the large bag was sealed for delivery as it should have been. Typically go to any other Jersey Mike's other than this one due to common staff incompetence from prior transactions, but ordering had to be via this one and as usual there was another issue...
