I will keep it short. Bought a moto 6 for my mom in April! After three hours phone was still not activated! Finally I decided I did not want phone! Told Charlie to just return phone! I was told I don't know how to return it! Today is october 23 12:09 I am still being charged for the moto 6! Just a warning this is not an xfinity store! The are an authorized agent own by t-roc! Manager of store did nothing to help me! I have call customer service,t-roc got in contact with bridgeville store regional manager! Nothing! I was told from real xfinity locations I shouldn't have bought my phone from that store! My advice to you is do not buy or trust 99 percent of the people from that store. Thank you Greg and Charlie I have had to spend many hours wasting my time to get a phone that was never activated ! I was told to come on certain day to meet manager Greg! Half way there received call he was off that day! Manager said I had to see Charlie. Two times I went two times they told me he no show! Nobody knew how to return phone that never received or was activated! Worst cell phone store. Do not buy anything from this location! April now october still nothing had been done! Customer service gave me discounts! They don't equal the time and agrivation I have spent. Every call is at least 1 to 2 hours to get nothing done! Xfinity (t-roc ) bridgeville is the worst...

Xfinity, you have truly made me question my existence. Almost every single day I have issues with my wifi. I wonder if I could just simply live without the internet, then, I am brought back to earth. Nope! Gotta have wifi for everything.
I work from home, and these issues have become more and more frequent. Enough so that my boss has been demanding that I switch carriers. One time, we were without wifi for almost an entire week, Xfinity was SO generous they gave me a $15 credit. That’s less than 1 hour worth of work, when they took close to 16 away from me.
In the past 30 days, we have had nearly 30 wifi interruptions in this area. I live alone. How are you able to collect so much money from people every single month but not provide a stable service? If your wifi system was as strong as your automatic withdraw function you’d have a great company.
If you are in between services, go with another carrier.
Xfinity has great customer service if you prefer talking to Robots...
Read moreXfinity is very lucky to I have Nick as an employee! I recently became a Comcast phone and internet customer. Nick was very informative and helpful during my initial visit to the store. However a few weeks later I had trouble connecting my wife’s business phone to my new account. Was on customer service phone with agents a few different days and for hours on end and unable to resolve. I then remembered that Nick gave me his personal cell phone number to use if I ever needed any help, so I gave him a call! Nick helped me without hesitation to get to the right place where I finally had my issue resolved. It was even his off day and he still helped! Who does that these days? Answer: Nick does! My customer service experience with phone representatives left much to be desired. But def not with Nick! He went above and beyond and even called back the next day to be sure everything was finally done properly. Thank You Nick! You helped what was fast turning into a very negative experience into a positive...
