Crumbl — Restaurant in Collierville

I placed an online order. They had almost an hour to make it. I get there and after not even being acknowledged by any of the employees for at least 5 minutes, I finally grab ones attention and ask for my order. She comes back and says "I don't see an order for that name. Are you sure you placed it here?" Yes, I placed it there. She disappears and then comes back "okay I found it, I'll get that made." Okay great. 25 minutes later, I'm still standing there because they're continuing to make all the orders placed in the store that WALKED IN AFTER me. I asked the same girl again for my order. "Okay, I'll get that made." After and excessive amount of time, I finally got my order. I opened my box in the car to verify my order was correct (because if you can't find an order or remember you were going to make it, do I have confidence that the order is correct? No. ), and two of my cookies are broken. As I was standing there waiting for my order, another lady walked in with an online order. They also told her they didn't see an order for her. I told her it's there because they said the same thing to me then magically found it in the system. They brought her her order while I continued to wait. Clearly the staff needs more training on finding and filling online orders. This is just another place ruined by the Memphis. Horrible,...

Having tried them but having never visited a Crumbl, I was excited to take my son. We walked into this location. All computers were broken except for the main one at the register, so we couldn't look at the flavors, we just had to wait in line. Staff was talking to each other and not greeting anyone. But I can get past all of that. What I CAN'T get past is that while in line, I watched an employee scratch the inside of her ear with her gloved hand, then she never took her gloves off. Been enjoying for years. Before TikTok reviewers started doing their thing. Crumbl is crumbl and a big back is me sooooooo. I’m gonna continue doing my thing irl. Up to you if they’re worth it or not. It’s just another business you can give your money to. It’s not that deep. Take your cookies or whatever and go. Enjoy or don’t.
