Poor quality and professionalism: This is sad cause BK is my favorite fast food burgers to eat, I don’t like MD’s. This Burger King has been at this location ever since I can remember growing up in this town so these type of problems should not exist. It was at 3:30 pm so it was not busy, maybe 10 customers in total. I was last in line, everyone’s orders including mine were slow to come out. When the order did come out there was mass confusion as to who the order belong to, keep in mind it was NOT BUSY. I saw three orders come out and all came back due to mistakes. I got my food to go, I got a PLAIN cheeseburger & when I got back to work and sat at my desk to eat, guess what, yes it had everything. I scraped it off into my trash can. So had they listened to me they would have saved on produce and condiments that the business could have used towards another customer. Now as all this is happening in the restaurant the middle aged white mgr. with the grey go-t was standing on an elevated platform engaging a female employee and making fun of a customer who had just come through the drive through and had requested to substitute one type of French fry for another. They went on and on mocking her and basically implying that the customer was stupid for even asking that question. I would have asked if I could have made the same substitute as well, so they would have made fun of me behind my back as I left. It is EXTREMELY TACKY to call out and poke fun of a customer in front of other customers. Had the mgr. and the other employee not been doing this maybe they could of had more control over the chaos that was happening at the service counter and our orders could have come out on time and properly. This behavior is unacceptable and in appropriate, I won’t be back. They opened a new Freddy’s burger place down the street. I ate there the other day, the service was fantastic and the food quality was top notch. Also the mgr. was up front and attentative, he was in control of everything that was happening. Read moreMy mom and I were spending the day together and doing some Christmas shopping. We were tired but hungry around 7:30pm, so we decided to stop by Burger King and take home a fantastic Whopper. I'm very picky and have realized that going into places instead of the drive thru , my order gets done correctly. However that wasn't the case that night, it was the Buurger King in Collierville, Th on Poplar Ave, everyone was pleasant enough, and the order was taken correctly per our receipt along with the young lady repeating the order verbally, we got home with our food and out of everything the only thing that was correct was the drink I fixed myself. We were so disappointed, my Mom isn't quite as picky as I so she took off things and added cheese to hers, she was able to eat what was given to her however it was cold by then and she had to put it in the microwave! Yuck! Anyway, after spending almost $21 I called. The woman I spoke to said she would take my name and the next time I was in they would correct it...Wednesday night I did just that, of course my order was done correctly and they did not expect to charge, I did try to pay for my drink, and the cashier said no, "that would be to hard to do" ??? Anyway, I got home and enjoyed my meal, finally the Whopper I wanted last week!! I am proud everything was corrected, but disappointed that no one ever apologized for the mistake. Read moreLet me preface this by saying that I went to this BK daily at lunch because it was the only “Vegan Friendly” cheap lunch in the area, the staff there were nice, they took time to learn my order, honestly can’t complain. However the late shift staff have always been slow and bad. I maybe had one order that was right in the 5-6 times i ordered there. Today i went there at 7PM its packed, im normally a pretty understanding person about that, my old job would be packed for hours and i try to be respectful. However I got up to the window and was promptly turned away at 7PM. Ive never complained about the late staff because i try to be understanding and typically its partially due to my low talking voice that im sure is hard to hear over the headset. But ive never turned away customers. Thats not how you treat people who have been sitting in line for 30 minutes waiting. If you are understaffed just ask if we mind waiting. Dont sit there and tell us “We aren't taking any more orders” after I've sat here for 30 minutes. No reasoning, no apology for the inconvenience just “We arent taking any more orders at the moment” they took the car ahead of me, denied me. It just looks unprofessional.
