Placed an order at 8:07 online for it to be delivered 30 minutes later pizza arrived at 9:40. I contacted the store at about 905 and the young lady sounded surprised that my order wasn’t delivered. She instructed me to call her when the pizza arrives and that will be 50% off. The pizza arrived 30 minutes after speaking with the young lady, and the instructions are for the driver to come to the garage. He didn’t and didn’t call but stated he saw it was on the reciept. Driver came flying Around the corner at night. When I check the pizza inside I called the store back and let them know that the pizza was hard and flat and cold, and requested either a refund or that I bring the pizza up and drop it off because I was not going to pay for it it was in edible. Young lady stated that all she could do is give me a credit of $18. I have taken pictures to supply management in the morning evidence of what product are serving clients and instead of taking accountability on the ship they are giving haphazard solutions with a smug take it or leave it attitude. I will be calling in the morning speak with the general manager and request a full refund and alert them of the service and the quality of product that they’re serving the clients. If there are any issues with customer satisfaction or productivity at this location I can give you specific reasons and direct evidence that correlate to why this would be. I had a negative experience with this location over a year ago and chose not to use them but win against my gut and order them tonight thinking that there’s no way it can be duplicated in such a long time span. Well let me say that whoever is the manager and the chef are just not careful enough and skilled to provide good service as far as customer related issue. I dont know how many times you can tell someone to make a pizza that has 5 toppings and only one of the toppings will be on one side. The rest MUST be on the whole pizza.
I don't work for any pizza competitor. I am just a customer who experienced something very unusual with Pizza Hut team today. After receiving a wrong pizza, i was asked to wait for 15 mn to get a new one. Guess what it was wrong again. I asked to get 5 toppings on the whole pizza and one of those toppings should be on one side, so 4 on one and 5 the other side. None of those chef could make it. If they do they either make it with wrong tomato sauce or something else.
I called customer service who could not even help much but sending me to a different store to pick another pizza as a replacement of the bad pizza. Going to that other location, Guess what, they repeated the same mistake. I was so mad and realized that it was 10PM. I started my order at 7PM and until 10PM i had no food to feed my family. I could not wait so i wen to return my pizza to the first store and request for refund. I paid using my debit card, but when i asked for refund, the Manager, Michael, told me that i would not received any refund now, so i should wait for 2 to 5 business days to get my refund. I did not mind, so i asked him to get my refund receipt, and he said that The store doesn't issue any refund/cash to the client. He MUST email the corporate and request for refund, when i know that my debit card was swiped at that location in the pass 2 hours. I said well that is ok but can you give me any proof that i returned the pizza so that if you, the manager, has to make another mistake to refund my money since he could not even take a simple pizza order.
I am just surprised of what i went through that night, and i was about to call Pizza Hut out of my food list. Lol.....be careful shopping at that location if you don't want to go through...
Read moreThe manager was immediately rude and defensive because I asked about the pan crust being different from before after receiving my order. I also was careful to ask before ordering because I hadn’t had a pan pizza in 10 years. He told me it’s identical to what it was 20 years ago. I had sat waiting for him and found that they had changed the crust in 2019 according to pizza huts own press releases. When I told him it was changed in 2019 he said no it wasn’t and you can’t believe something just because it’s on the internet. I explained it was on the actual Pizza Hut corporate press releases and he continued to tell me I’m wrong. I had specifically asked about this before ordering because I was worried it might have changed. I should have googled it. My issue is the attitude that Jeremy, the manager, took with me and his effort to gaslight me into believing it had never changed. I wasn’t asking him to give me the pizza for free or even remake one. I was just disappointed to have been given the wrong information when I asked and wanted to make sure the pizza wasn’t a hand tossed pie. The one star for atmosphere was because of his attitude and the fact it was with other customers in the restaurant at the same time. I’ve previously given 5 star reviews and am generally happy with the service and food at this Pizza Hut. Neither of us were raising our voices or cussing at each other but he was dismissive and condescending while ignoring the fact Pizza Hut had done the press releases about the changes. When I said no problem I’ll handle it through the review process he decided to tell me it was my fault for letting a pizza cause me to have a bad day. I’m quite disappointed because I like this location but it’s difficult for me to accept this type of behavior in any part of my life.
