The last 2 times I've been here have been less than stellar. I did not even get an order this last time because they told me at the counter it would be 45 minutes after I stood at the register anticipating for 5-10 minutes with money in hand. There were 4 or 5 people working. There were only 2 people working the time before and it took 30 minutes for a cold brew which was enough time to run to the mattress store next door and catch a quick nappy. I understand there is a staffing problem, but maybe you should shut off online orders or close the drive thru if you can't handle the "in person" guests who are in your store staring you down with caffeine depraved souls. This store always appears as if raccoons consumed all the coffee and then ransacked the joint. The supplies / truck order is always on the floor upfront in the lobby as if theyre about to hold one of those professional games of tag that ive seen on espn8 "#theocho" , seriously a hazard though. Maybe C'ville needs another location? I'd buy that franchise in a heartbeat and run it if they'd let me @starbucks #starbucks...
Read moreI drink a coffee just about every day. Usually in the evenings. I have had the worst time finding a Starbucks that is open after 7:30 pm. I never know which one will be open and the app never gives me the right info. But tonight, this location was open. This location has been especially frustrating lately!!! But wait...the drive thru is closed but the Cafe is open? Not to mention when I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted by a particularly Obnoxious employee that thought it would be particularly funny to talk to me in a strange squeaky, childlike voice to tell me I had to come into the store to get my coffee. I know she was being "funny" because when I kindly as "excuse me I didn't understand that" her voice changed and was perfectly normal. First...my dog is in the car, I'm not leaving her Second...I'm in my pjs, I could walk in but not after that nonsense. As much money as I spend at Starbucks, I do expect proper information and simple respect. So disappointed!! I just went home disgusted...
Read moreI come to this Starbucks a lot due to it being so close to where I work. The service is great and the employees are very nice, but this does not excuse how my last 2 drinks have been. I went yesterday to pick up an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, what I normally get, and it looked like all milk with a drop of espresso?? And when I tasted it that just confirmed that is in fact what it was. This morning I thought I’d give them another shot, the line wasn’t long at all and there was barely anyone inside. I ordered a tall PSL and they gave it to me 3/4 of the way full 😕. When I pay $6-$8 for a singular drink I should at least be able to get the full amount of whatever size I get!! C’mon Starbucks...
