if I could give zero stars I would. the worst experience i’ve ever had at an establishment. the server MADDY was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the service industry. after about 10-15 minutes of waiting at our table she walks up to get us drinks & we ordered too, I ordered a bar drink while celebrating my 25th birthday (which is today, and I was wearing a sash) she checked my ID & didn’t say happy birthday but it wasn’t super important so I let it go, however, after taking our order she never once came back to check on us, our food took 45 minutes, my friend and I had empty drinks for upwards of 30 minutes & then after getting and eating our food she still had not come by, but was able to check on the table next to us 6 different times that had another coworker and their baby at it. I finally went to the bar to see her chatting with some guests and said we needed refills & the checks, she came over after & we continued to thank her for that. our table was full of tenured servers & bartenders so we still were tipping her even though it was basically little to no service. toward the end while we were paying my friend leaned over to tell her that she was still tipping 22% but that in the future she should give service to everyone not just her friends & also didn’t tell me happy birthday even with a sash on. she leaves and comes back after about 5 minutes of i’m assuming working up the courage to say what she said and says “also there are two other bartenders that could’ve checked on your as well, and it’s not my responsibility to tell you happy birthday” then ran away, she got $0 after due to being a flat out disrespectful server. don’t waste your money going there, the experience was 0/10

we also planned to place a togo order & order more bar drinks but since we weren’t served for a full hour that was out of the question.

Laid back establishment, with 5 star service! The food is awesome and well priced for what you get (you’ll have 2-21/2 meals, depending on how hungry you are, lol). The staff is helpful, well trained, kind and make you feel like a regular, even if you only go once or twice a year. The bar is gorgeous, and is impressive to look at even if you aren’t a drinker (I’m not). The selection on the menu is large and I didn’t even know the number of liquor and draft they have behind the bar existed. Good place to have a drink, or bring your family! I’ve sat in this restaurant with my kids and felt completely safe, as the staff are quick to talk down any patron who might have had one to many. I have had some great food here post pandemic. Now I usually don't make reviews but in this case I will. I put in a lunch order last week and had to call because my steaks were over cooked and a couple of other things. Manger said I'll send you a gift card, fine. Today we went in to grab dinner and yet again I have had to call. Our steaks were over cooked again(this is a steakhouse right) then we asked for extra seasoning and got none at all. Just some meat off the grill. We got no rolls at all and then had to wait longer on our order than we were told. It was a pick up. I am just not happy either way. The manager today said she's sending a gift card as well for our food and said you didn't get any rolls. Noooooo not even worried about that, what about my main course.
