Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Colma

FOUND A HAIR BALL IN MY PIZZA (CHECK PHOTO). My family has been going to this location for years, but recently the service has been completely abysmal lately. Last night when we went to pick up our pizza, we were forced to wait for 30+ minutes for a pizza that WAS ALREADY READY. We arrived around 15 minutes after placing our order and were told upon arrival that our pizza would be ready within the next 10 minutes. After 30 minutes the pizza was still not ready, despite asking more than 3 times if our pizza was ready, but told that it was "not ready yet" and was "not in the pizza heater". Of course we went to the counter and asked for a refund after waiting for 30 minutes, but then they checked the pizza heater and our order was magically found; it turned out that our pizza was READY despite asking them multiple times if our pizza was ready; by this point our pizza was practically cold. This was by far the worst service I have every had at any restaurant, but that's not the end of it. This afternoon I went to eat the leftover pizza from last night, I found a HAIR BALL baked in our pizza, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Keep in mind that I found the HAIR BALL AFTER eating the pizza the previous night and was oblivious that the HAIR BALL was even in the pizza. Aren't restaurants supposed to have some kind of safety protocols on how they serve and prepare their food?!?!?! How did they even get approved to serve food the public, but can't even serve CLEAN FOOD?! Our order number was #7061, placed on 3/12/2021, too bad that we already threw out our receipt or we would have gone back to complain after finding a hair ball in our food. To the Owner; I had an unpleasant experience ordering from Round Table Pizza next to Target, Colma, CA. The driver called me from outside my home, drove off leaving the food in a plastic bag on my front patio wall instead of meeting me face to face. The pizza was burned and didn't taste good, however, the extra club sandwich and soda was fine. I contacted your store and read the information on my receipt and the number on the box. The store could not identify my name or my order. The store suggested my pizza came from a different location. I specifically ordered from Round Table Pizza next to Target, Colma. I was asked who delivered it and on the receipt it indicated Slice, a third party delivery vendor. I was asked to contact this third party vendor. I contacted the third party Slice and learned they were taking my call from New York State! The customer service person took my call and they immediately identified me, my order and they were the ones who debited my credit card (I thought it was Round Table.) They did their best to work out the details of the bad pizza. This place is very expensive when it comes to pizza and it takes 45mins for pizza to arrive at your table. The extra large cost 3 times higher than Costco and it's not that big compared to Costco large pizza. Their credit card machine is asking for tips during payment as the service has not been made yet. Normally tip is given after the service has been done, whether they entitle to receive a little or more tips at the end. They never informed the customer how long the pizza will arrive at your table but they are busy producing pizza for the to go orders. For me it's a bad experience to go at colma Round table pizza as they don't know how to please their customers. For me never again to go there, as pizza at Costco is way better than Round...
