Ordered cheeseburger and the very nice waitress asked how Iād like it cooked and I said āmedium rareā. Having recently moved to Virginia from a place that wont even ask how you like a burger cooked any longer, so I jumped at the chance for a medium rare cheeseburger! Big mistake. I took two bites and it was clear that it was cold raw ground beef. Thereās just no way a cook would serve that to someone, unless he/she intended something nefarious, or was somehow not of his/her right mind. I never complain about food, I just donāt give a place like that a second chances, but my wife asked the girl to send it back because it was clearly raw. It was then I heard some comments from the back as well as some customers agreeing with those comments. They announced that the new āwell doneā burger was done and the waitress, who was great, brought it out. There was no way I was going to eat that burger so I asked for a to-go box. I can only assume that there was some sort of passive aggressive shenanigans over a guy asking for a medium-rare burger. For a restaurant, that is problematic, to say the very least. So, I will take the advice of one of the customers who was commenting about my situation and just ākeep it simple stupidā when ordering. I wonāt be back, and you canāt get any...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and my boyfriend went there he ordered the breakfast wrap and added bacon which was for $2.50 we asked the server how many pieces of bacon that would be she said 2 and a half pieces. When the food came because we had a bad experience here before and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try the place again (we ordered extra bacon and got none) we decided to look inside the wrap. There was none on one half of the wrap and the other half had maybe a half piece. We called the server over we showed her and then she walked away without asking us or trying to make it right leaving the wrap there to get cold. We proceeded to hear them in the back discuss our ordeal and one server was upset that we took the wrap apart all the while the wrap sat there getting colder. There was no attempt to make it better or ask if we wanted something else to eat. I finished my food while the wrap sat there and when it was time to pay the only thing the server said was they took the wrap off the meal. No apology no wanting to make it right we would have been happy if they made any attempt to remake the food with the bacon added. However they could not be bothered to do that. If you go ask for your added items...

I ordered egg/cheese omelet...it had FAKE CHEAP inexpensive processed unhealthy Velveeta nasty "cheese" Slime on it!! They're TOO CHEAP to give you REAL cheese!! (At least they could WARN people first, so I could have ordered different eggs!) AND...you can't get Normal breakfast, sit-down-restaurant style hash browns!! The ONLY 2 (Nasty!) types they offer: (BOTH CHEAP, inexpensive, unhealthy and quick DEEP FRIED) one choice is the FRIED square one (like McDonalds) or the deep FRIED small prepackaged nasty ball pieces. That's it! REALLY??? Is it THAT HARD to serve Normal shredded hash browns???!! Or baked-potato-pieces hash browns???!! We don't want everything FRIED!! They don't even leave the jelly packs on the table anymore for Pete's sake. Only give you 2, SO STINGY!! I won't be going back. What a shame. It used to be my favorite place. On the Bright Side...longtime waitress carried-over from the old restaurant... is a SUPER nice gal, that delivers great friendly service with a smile!! I wish they would give her decent food to...
