Hi I came on here to write about my experience at the pink poodle . I was excited to try something new and different and was extremely disappointed when they Told me that all there ice cream is starting to melt so I got a basic cotton candy cone wasn’t too happy about my selection considering that they told me that the cotton candy wasn’t melted, but it was The kind staff member let me know that if I wanted another ice cream that I could get one because mine was melted. I told her no thank you but thanked her and then what I think was the manager said stop asking so many questions and get back to work. I found that so rude and the girl looks so stressed, I felt really bad for this girl and the manager proceeded to keep saying that she was gonna walk out she was gonna walk out. me and my family were shocked. Everything these people say about the older woman being rude and nasty is TRUE!!! Make sure you check Facebook or her mood to know what time they close. Don't go by the stated hours, save your time and disappointed children because Google etc says they close at 10 but she decides to close early and even if you show up way before that and she is right there to give her business she won't serve you then goes off on customer in front of child. You see several comments on several platforms about her and you see by her condescending flippant replies back that she doesn't care one bit about stupid customers. Just glad she didn't make $1 off of us especially after seeing she is selling ice cream that you can get at the grocery store for much less. Pathetic way to do business. I honestly feel bad for anyone that works for this...

Whoever the elderly woman working there is (not sure if she is the owner) needs a serious lesson in customer service. As soon as our ice cream cones were handed to us, they immediately started melting, dripping down our hands and arm. When we saw that the napkin dispenser was empty, we asked her for napkins. After mumbling something incoherent, she shouted at us to “MOVE TO THE OTHER WINDOW! THE OTHER WINDOW!” The girl at the other window was nice enough to hand us more napkins and offered us cups to put our cones in. She was extremely RUDE and will definitely lose ALOT OF BUSINESS with that nasty attitude. Btw the ice cream really wasn’t that great anyway.
