Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Vanessa(shift lead) is very unprofessional, instructing associate Audrianna to hang up on customers calling asking for a manager. Not once, but twice I was hung up on trying to simply resolve a problem THEY made on my order I had already waited 15 minutes for. Not to mention when I asked if I could add a sandwich to my order audrianna told me “we’re too busy right now so no” as if I weren’t a paying customer contributing to sales and production. When I came to the restaurant to address getting hung up on TWICE they had the lobby locked at 10:30 in the morning for what reason? They’re open for business aren’t they? So why did the shift lead on duty have the doors locked? I then knocked on the door next to the drive thru to ask for a manger where I had to wait ANOTHER ten minutes, just to be let into the lobby to be disrespected even more by Vanessa. From the point I walked in she had an attitude, smirking as I explained my situation and appointed Audrianna for the hang ups where Vanessa then admits SHE told her to hang up on me both times. I asked why I wasn’t just asked to hold if they were busy and they couldn’t come up with anything appropriate for an answer. Vanessa continues antagonizing me by saying “well it already happened so what do you want me to do”. I then proceeded to demand a refund and told them this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, especially considering I’ve worked many places with “rushes” and I’ve still never been so rude! As Vanessa processed my refund she asked if I was going to cry. How unprofessional can you be?! I’m baffled at how incredibly insensitive this staff can be especially on...

I stop by Carl's Jr a few times a week after work... Two weeks ago I decided to go to the one on South Academy instead of the one near my house. I ordered, and after getting home I realized that even though I'd ordered hash rounds I'd been given fries. No big deal, I'll live. Tonight at 8:10is, Sunday the 9th of February 2020, I decided to give old South Academy Carl's another shot... Same woman working the drive through, I ordered Dr. Pepper and noticed before driving away I'd been given root beer. Not a huge deal on its own but like I did pay the week before for the wrong order, I decided to come back... Wrong order again. So I mentioned to the girl that I ordered Dr. Pepper and that this was root beer... She asked me to pull up and she'd bring me the drink... I waited almost ten minutes before attempting to go in and just grab this drink that takes 30 seconds to fill... The lobby doors were locked. I had to call and be like "yo I would like that drink... Just got off work and would really like to be getting home..." the entire interaction took like 30 minutes. Fast food? Needless to say, next week I'll find somewhere else to stop and grab dinner after my shift. Update, both burgers ordered were burnt on the edges and pretty gross. My hash rounds were crushed...

Very very disappointing. Not sure what in the world happened tonight. The lady at the window was unpleasant. No smile just seemed cranky. Whoever prepped the food must have taking their bad day out on my burger. I got home and it was just a mess. I ordered the big char chile burger with an extra chile. The burger looked like they literally smashed it on purpose, it was sloppy as heck and it felt wet around the edges. The buns were flat and floppy. They did not give me the extra chile. I ordered my hubby's bacon Western with extra extra bbq sauce. It had less than the regular amount they put on it. The fries were supposed to be fresh, they were not. Hubby went back to get it replaced. The lady was unpleasant to him as well. He heard her go to the guy that was prepping the food and said in a rude tone he told her the fries were cold. When she came back to the window he told her "I did not say cold, I said they were.not fresh as requested". She said "oh oh I know, I told him." Not a sorry. He got back, and my burger was not as smashed as the first, still a bit smashed but again the edge of the burger was very wet like it was dipped in a liquid. But for real, theses buns??? Cmon people.
