If I could give this chiliis zero stars I would. My husband and I went to this location for the 1st time on December 17 for a quick (or so we thought) birthday lunch. We sat in the bar area and when we arrived there were maybe a handful of people in the place. We ordered our food and with and appetizer (20 minutes later) and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Our server who was the bartender gave us little to no attention at all and when then food arrived it wasn't even the correct order. We told them we did not want the food and asked them to return it. (The manager that day brought out our food) there was no apology, all we received was an ok. And only partial of our check was taken care of. I then sent in a complaint via the tablet thing at the table. A few days later I received an email stating they were sorry and they would send us a free voucher. We got the voucher in the mail on January 5th for 20 dollars towards a meal there. So we decided to take the kids as well and not sit in the bar expecting a better experience. We were in for an awful evening AGAIN. Let me start this off by saying the server was great it was the food that sucked. We all ordered from the 2 for 20 menu. Our food arrived and the kids food was nice and hot but, my husbands pasta and my chicken were cold. The plates were warm but food was cold. We both returned the food and my husbands came out before mine. Luke warm and now gummy and the chicken was tough. ( microwaved maybe?). My food came out a little while after his and again the broccoli was cold and so was the chicken!!! I could not believe it. I actually asked the waitress to touch the food because I didn't want to seem Bitchy. So she asked if there was something else I wanted instead and I ordered quesadillas. I waited and other 15 mins before my food was out. And this time it was hot, (but was missing items) I ate the food and didn't complain. My husband did not eat his food and set it aside and we shared my food. We used our voucher and paid the rest of the bill (mind you the only took Off my meal and not my husbands) I tipped my waitress in cash and again left a bad review and asked to speak to the manager. Needless to say nothing was truly rectified and I still Had a 40 bill. Never again will I eat at this chiliis. And discourage anyone else from doing so! Oh and this was on a Tuesday night........

Very nice yet professional the whole time. Served our beverages quickly and as ordered and immediately took and placed our appetizer order. Appetizers arrived between 15 and 20 minutes later. During the interim, she took and placed the order for our meals. We chose the 'Pick 3' appetizers and a half order of Texas Cheese Fries. For the 3 items we chose Fried Pickles, Mango/Habenero Chicken strips, and SouthWest Egg Rolls. The dipping sauces were not very good and the Fried Pickles had a flavor that I was unaccustomed to. Would have preferred simple dill flavor. So they weren't very good. The Egg Rolls were fresh and very tasty. Dipping sauce not withstanding, we enjoyed the Egg Rolls. The Mango/Habenero sauce or flavoring on the chicken strips was very weak and was probably the worst I have ever had. The chicken was tender and juicy though and seemed to be fresh. The Texas cheese fries were pretty good. I ordered the Southwest Grill 'pick 2'. I chose the spare ribs and the cheesy bacon Chicken breast. The chicken tasted better than it looked. It looked like a gobb of I don't know what. The presentation of it left a bit to be desired but, again, the taste wasn't half bad. The corn on a cob was probably the best I have ever had and I have had a lot. The fries that came with my meal were pretty good. Cooked about perfectly. Not under or over cooked. The Pickles served with my meal were better tasting than the fried Pickles appetizer. The (pork)ribs were decent. Plenty meat and not a lot of fat. Needed more bbq sauce. The garlic bread was good. My wife had the (pork) fajitas and enjoyed them very much. The rice that came with them was also good. My daughter had a burger that she did not enjoy so much. She only ate half of it. Our server was very attentive but not pesky. She checked on us 3 or 4 times. We really appreciated Miss Tori's excellent service. All areas we were exposed to were clean. All employees wore masks and did not do a lot of standing around. There were multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the restaurant. Overall a good dining experience and I would recommend this facility to my family...
Read moreBy far my favorite location & would have previously rated 5 stars, but for the first time in a long time the food was horrible! Our waiter, Michael, was absolutely PERFECT! Extremely attentive and friendly. The kitchen staff last evening was extremely lacking. 1st, when our entree came out, we were missing my 8 year old’s kids meal, which hasn’t even been cooked yet. We waited about 5-6 minutes for his food, but he was occupied with the little game selections they offer on the Ziosk. Then we dig in to our Chicken Fajitas and 🤢 ... I’m not sure if everyone knows how fajitas are cooked, but to summarize the taste of ours .. imagine a really dirty, charred grill .. still smoking. You put some chicken on a skillet over it with a cover that still allows the burnt smoke to enter ... and let it sit. It taste like the smell of a burning, charred, dirty grill smells. We also had steak fajitas, which were great! Cajun pasta? Perfect! Then comes desert. Chocolate chip cookie, no ice cream. It’s brought out perfectly plated WITH ICE CREAM.
Next it’s time for the bill. Our server assures is that the remade steak fajitas were comped off the bill. They weren’t. They were added additionally and then comped. We care out to eat dinner as a birthday celebration as a family, but we didn’t enjoy dinner together. I spoke with the manager to let her know our server was great, but the kitchen needed some work ... and immediately she defended the kitchen because they were so busy. They were full, but not “busy,” as we were a party of 5 & our wait included them cleaning our table. A party of 3, and then 6 was immediately sat behind us. Regardless, this is the restaurant business. Can’t say we will never return because my teenagers live the place, but definitely a poor experience compared to those I the past.
Also, with the exception of one of the three fajita entrees, we paid full price for our meal and still tipped our...
