Sadly, after this being my favorite burger place ever since they opened and having been a very regular customer here, I will not be returning to this location, at the very least, if I go to another Whataburger. Last time we went to Whataburger they messed up our order. We were missing our french fries and my sandwich was dry as hell. When I called and spoke to the manager, due to the fact that I live clear in Fountain, I did not want to drive all the way back, The gal I spoke with that night was very kind. Her name was Kelsey. She said that next time we were in just to show them my receipt and she would make sure we got a free meal for the inconvenience. Every time I visit this location I spend a minimum of $30. I am a member of the rewards program. I am also the general manager of a fast food restaurant myself in Fountain. Tonight we went back, I had the receipt in hand with her name Kelsey written on it and I explained what happened with my order and was treated like absolute garbage from the young girl working as what appears to be the manager tonight. She refused to give me a free meal and after arguing and acting like I was a liar- was only willing to give me a fry after giving me like 10 minutes of attitude that was unnecessary, walking around the restaurant with my credit card, yelling at her staff in front of me, after her staff had already said they would take care of me. I wasn't the one that messed up my order. I was just the paying customer that placed it and paid money for it and I was very polite when I called to let them know that it was missing items and not up to the normal expectation. And when I give them a second chance to make it right, somehow all of it was my fault? I was definitely treated like the problem. So I'll just keep my business going forward, as sad as I am to say that. Where I work it is taught that when a customer calls to tell you about a mistake, they're doing you a favor by giving you the opportunity to correct that mistake and keep them as a regular customer. When instead they could just post it on Google and never come back.... I tried to give them that opportunity and instead was treated like a liar and paid full price for my order tonight. Obviously fixing mistakes is not something that is a priority to...
Read moreI stopped in to see how good wataburger really is... is it just hype does Marky Mark and his brother know what they are doing. I got the jalapeño burger and onion rings with a banana pudding milkshake I can say the shake is great with only Chick-fil-A's better. The burger is very tasty and juicier then expected for a fast food chain the onion rings a cooked perfectly in my opinion but I like them extra chrispy dark golden brown which they were the only thing is there is a little more mustered then I prefer but next time I'll ask for it on the side. The veggies are very fresh, the lettus has a nice chrispy crunch, i got the jalapeños on the sode and they gave me plenty with good spice the tomatoes are juicy without being watery and ruining the bun which the bun also has a good thickness without taking away the flavor. I would also like to give a shout out too 2 of the employees Eric was the gentleman who brought me my food he was extremely polite and went above and beyond what I belive to be the normal expectations from a employee he knew it eas my first time at wataburger and he made the experance worth coming back for. The second shout out goes too carol she made a very good recommendation and she also went to the cooks right away to make sure that my jalapeños would be on the side also during the middle if my meal she thanked everyone who was here for choosing this location for us to have lunch at she had a smile on her face the whole time and was just very pleasant to deal with. These to employees are worth coming back to wataburger instead of in and out across the street or any other fast food place near by. Being from Denver I just wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often. I 100% recommend coming to thus location good dood but exceptional...
Read more02/08/2025 Update: I tried Whataburger on Constitution again. I experienced the same customer service and lack of attention to detail. After completing a mobile order and picking it up from the drive through I quickly looked in one of the bags and only noticed two large fry even though I ordered 3. I had to pull back around and wait for other cars at the drive through. Once I reached the window they were quick to get me my fry. Unfortunately, I did not notice that I also did not receive the 3 pieces chicken strips until I got home and my child asked where their food was. I had to drive back and and get them to make me the chicken. The food was good, but I gave them two chances.
Original post: The classic burger and fries were just adequate. Fries were hot, fresh and had good amount of salt on them. The burger was fine and the veggies on it were fresh and crisp. My issue is with the service and drive-through. I arrived at the left speaker and waited. Cars were coming up to the right speaker and being served so I had to backup and move over to the right drive-through. I told them they could not hear me in the left drive-through and other cars were coming up and being served in the right lane. I then ordered and sat behind 5 other cars. Meanwhile, cars started coming up to the left speaker and at first they sat there as well. Eventually I heard the worker ask if they could hear them and they proceeded to order. There were no cars in the left lane so all the cars that came after me in that lane were all served first as well as all the cars that were in front of me in the right lane after I had to move over. After 20 minutes and being the last to leave the drive-through, I was more than a little irritated. I will...
