The customer service is horrible here now. This used to be our favorite location. They used to make the orange chicken without the sauce for my son who cannot have the sauce. When he ordered this, the manager, Stephen said he could not do that because we aren't regulars at "his store." We eat here (or did until today) a few times a month, but I guess we aren't technically "regulars." My husband then ordered sweet fire chicken and they had to drop more chicken. We asked if they could just set a bit of that chicken aside and the manager said, "no we only do that for regulars. I read it in the manual that we can only do that for regular customers and you are not a regular at "my store." So he said this twice in a very rude way. Had he just said, "I'm sorry, but we can no longer do that." That would have been fine and understandable, but he talked down to us and said the manual said only regulars can have chicken made without sauce, which is obviously not true. I'd love to see that in the manual. We won't be returning to this location, so they lost some good fairly regular customers. My daughter loves Panda Express and this was after her choir concert, so we ordered food for her and my husband, but then went to Hops N Drops for dinner instead because their food and customer service is awesome!

1).I went inside the store the ordering line is to the door and people can't come in. There were 6 people waiting for pickup and no one was helping them. Three girls were at the counter trying to catch up by being in each others faces and slowing everything down because the counter is so small and designed ineffectively. It is a straight line instead of steaking out to give a room for everyone to work. The store definitely needed if not two people at least one more. This store is always understaffed which makes the whole shopping experience a nightmare. 2. The chow main was burned. It tasted awful. 3. I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was dry. It had no sauce on top or in a little container. All I got was the pink sweet sauce. I won't be coming to this store for a while. I might stop by in a year or so to see if there is any improvement. Right now I am very disappointed. Management has to take care of of its employees and give them a chance to work in more favorable environment. It definitely needs a lot of improvement which may take months if not years to get the results needed. How the food is prepared, how it is packaged, how orders are taken and executed, customer service and store layout.

I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. While I understand that you can't control how busy it gets, I noticed that there were 10-15 people waiting for their to-go orders while the walk-in customers were being prioritized. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:30, but I ended up waiting until 6:00. It was a bit disappointing, as I believe it's important to prioritize orders that have already been paid for. Additionally, I was surprised that the to-go orders weren't being prepared simultaneously with the walk-in orders, especially considering there seemed to be plenty of staff available. Lastly, as you can see by the picture the chicken doesn’t even look edible.

This location has screwed up for the 3rd and final time. We attempted to try one more time to get food at this location yesterday, 1/7/24. We were there around 12:30pm or so and they weren't busy at all. I ordered a plate with half noodles and half rice, with Beijing beef and orange chicken. I guess there wasn't enough noodles for my order, so they said they'd have some up in a few minutes. We waited nearly 10 minutes and during that wait, one girl tried to hand our food to another customer. My name was on the box and the customer noticed it, then handed it back. The noodles finally came up and the register girl put my box on the line when another girl picked it up and handed it to a male who I guess was the manager who put half rice and half noodles in my container, then handed it back to her. She put it in the bag and handed my wife the bag. We both felt something was wrong, so I opened the container to find they didn't put any orange chicken in it. We handed it back to her and she went to get orange chicken, only to find out they were now out of orange chicken! She puts my container down and says, "We'll have to wait a few minutes." During all of this time, my wife's ala-carte orange chicken was in its own container, getting cold. My wife demanded a refund. The manager and I use that term loosely, "manager" came over, put the refund on our card and walked away. He didn't ask what was wrong, offer us any type of apology or solution and simply didn't care. This is the 3rd issue at this location, and we had issues at one other one. We are done with Panda Express and strongly suggest you don't visit this location. They just can't seem to get things together there. The kicker is they weren't even busy and management cares less about the performance of his employees or the happiness of...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS. It is absolute joke. I came in at 8:40 and ordered a 2 item combo with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. After ordering, I noticed they had orange chicken but were out of beef and broccoli. I figured they were making more, so I waited arounfor 15 minu. A worker came up to me and asked what I was waiting for…I said beef and broccoli. Then she told me there was no beef a why didn’t any tell me when I ordered? Anyways, the manager said he would make more.

After a few minutes, I got the beef and broccoli but saw there was no orange chicken. I asked where the orange chicken was, and the worker just says “oh we’re all out of orange chicken.” …seriously. I told her no one told me they were out of orange chicken , and she started arguing with me, saying that she did tell me when I first ordered. If that was the case, I would have left 20 minutes ago!! She tried to blame it on me and say that they stop making food at 8:30 so therefore I should have known?! The place goes at 9:00, and if they stop serving food at 8:30, let the customer know!

I told the manager I wanted a refund, and he was beyond rude. He tried to accuse me of not paying even though I absolutely paid and there was a receipt. I finally got the refund but there was no apology, no nothing. The manager and all the other workers were standing around laughing like it was some kind of joke. I’m completely appalled and will never step foot in this Panda...
