Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Nope! We got sick after eating here! There are better places to eat around with employees that take pride where they work. This place was disgusting! There was overflowing trash and every single table was dirty inside and outside. Employees are just on their phones ignoring the fact that customers were having to eat on top of someone else's mess, I seriously regret eating my food because if this is how they "clean" I don't trust anything else in this place. I guess the bunch of 16 year olds working there need an adult to tell them what to do and how to clean. They also ran out of forks and they didn't say anything until after we got our food, I would have happily gotten a burrito in that case. So as fun as it was eating a salad with a spoon I will just pass on this place as I encourage everyone to do so. And by the way this had one of the nastiest bathrooms I have seen, they did have a changing table so I was happy that at least I didn't have to change my son on the floor 🤢.

Response to reply from manager: Almost every bad review has a generic "reach out to us at this link" response. I reached out just to receive another generic "sorry". Why don't you guys actually do something about this? I am not the first to give a bad review. This location barely has 3 stars and it's from people's experiences months ago with similar issues, so again, why hasn't anything been done about this? My family actually got sick. We regret not leaving as soon as we saw how DISGUSTING this place was. I will be attaching a pic of the email I received, so generic they don't actually care what happens because nothing has changed from multiple people's complaints. Such a shame on your location and how you guys have been representing the Chipotle name. We will never be going back especially to this location or any other place that greets...

This is directed at the person who keeps updating your post so it appears as new and at the top, even though this incident happened over 8 months ago. I was there and know you were yelling and using your camera to harrass young people at work, while your children watched. I’ve reported your post as bullying/harassment to Google a dozen times (you called a specific employee “crazy looking” and an “idiot”). Unfortunately, Google, hasn’t taken it down yet. I would love to see you let go of this, and remove the post on your own. It seems you’re on a mission to make someone lose their livelihood which is a terrible thing to do.

A quick update/note… please evaluate your life choices if you think it’s appropriate to go into a restaurant where employees are making minimum wage and berate and try to threaten them with losing their job because they’re out of an item you wanted. And if you end up getting your food for free because you pitched a fit, it’s not because you’re right, it’s because you’re a jerk. I know firsthand this happens at this location, and many other restaurants, and needs to stop.

Always great service and the food is good, too! The negative reviews on here are what’s ridiculous. It’s not the employees’ fault the parking is challenging or people can put in online orders at the last minute, causing delays in service. And it’s also not their fault the quality or freshness of food they receive to prepare. I’ve never had an issue here and know what I’m getting when I go to a fast casual restaurant. RUN, don't walk away from this Chipotle. Drive 5 minutes up the road and go to the one on Nevada Avenue because it's worth the extra time.

We ordered 3 burrito bowls and my daughter a kids meal. The bowls were so incredibly tiny. My husband's was the worst of all seeming that it only had about eight pieces of chicken, but no one really had much chicken at all or toppings. I suspected that there were issues when I grabbed the bag and noticed how light it was. I actually looked to see if they were missing something but there were four containers in it.

My daughter's order wasn't even right. We ordered her quesadilla with carnitas on it and when she unwrapped it it was the smallest, flattest thing I've ever seen. Barely even had cheese let alone the missing carnitas.

I knew that the reviews of this Chipotle must've been accurate because so many other people have complained about their portions, Especially doing order pick up. I honestly didn't feel like driving down the road to go to the other one so I chanced it tonight. Never again.

Don't waste your time or money going to this chipotle when there are better ones in the area.
