A friend's family member passed away and we ordered from fast fit foods to deliver meal preps to them. I called prior to placing the order to ensure it would work out (lead time to prepare the order and delivery to Peterson Space Force Base). I was told all would be good to go. Order confirm stated delivery between 2:30-7:30 pm (MT). I called back (spoke with the assistant manager) to request delivery on or after 5pm. Said she would leave a note for the delivery driver to do after 5pm. On delivery day, got a text at 9:19am HT (12:19pm MT) from the driver saying he would deliver in 40 min (see screenshot). He then texted said he would be unable to deliver the meals on base. I text back sayin a note was left to deliver this after 5pm and that the website says they deliver to Peterson SFB (picture below). Delivery driver wouldn't respond or pick up his phone. I tried calling the store but everyone claimed they were powerless to do anything about the situation (ie, communicate with the driver, call a manager, etc). Sunday morning, someone from the Fillmore store called saying I need to come pick up the meals or they will throw them out. I asked why the meals weren't delivered. He said the driver messaged me saying he couldn't deliver AND that I had to pick them up. The message screenshot states nothing about picking up the meals. He asked why I can't pick them up, I live in Hawaii, not Colorado. He asked why our friends who lost their family member couldn't come pick-up the meals. I started to get flustered at the suggestion that a grieving family should have to do something your company website states you do and I paid for. I explained that the driver need only go to the visitor center to get a pass to get on base. Door Dash, Uber eats, Pizza hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, etc, everyone does this. He said they stopped delivering to the bases at the start of the pandemic. Definitely a lie… your website clearly shows two different names for the same base. It shows both Peterson AIR Force Base and Peterson SPACE Force Base. The name of this base was changed from AIR to SPACE on July 26 2021. A year and a half after the start of the pandemic. So at a minimum, the website was updated 1.5 years into the pandemic stating you deliver to Peterson SFB base. He said the assistant manager would call since he can't refund money. She called and made excuses why they would not deliver to the base and why the website isn't updated. She made excuses for his lack of empathy and his inconsiderate remark suggesting a grieving family should pick up meals that were paid to be delivered. She tried to speak over me as I explained the grievances in dealing with their company, their employees, and their whole system failing to fulfill an order I called twice to confirm and added notes when placing the order. So I began to speak louder, to which she responded by speaking even louder again while making excuses and deflecting blame. When I hear excuses rather than ownership, I get pretty flustered. Especially listening to one in a position of leadership over others and part of the company who then deflects blame to anything except her and the company. I called before ordering, placed the order, paid for it, followed up with phone calls to ensure things would be good to go; they confirmed everything and then failed to deliver. Listening to someone who can't take ownership of that, who instead sides with an employee who made the disrespectful and inconsiderate suggestion that our friends should do your job while in grief gets me pretty flustered. As I returned her courtesy of speaking over me by speaking over her, the assistant manager screamed at me "Are you an adult?" So I spoke over her again to explain that she and fast fit foods failed to fulfill their end of the deal. What audacity to scream that question after failing to take ownership of her store's complete failure and the lack of QA/QC on their website, instead making excuses and...

Read moreVisiting from the UK and thought it'd be good to have meals for lunch ready to go each day as I'm on the go. I picked the wrong place to get some meals from. Either your United States has very low standards of cleanliness, both locations and employees, to pass health inspections or these people simply do not care. The counter worker was quite rude. It just wasn't a pleasant experience. That would have been fine if the poor experience with this place would have stopped there. But the food is absolutely flavorless chaps! Perhaps dear Gordon can come over to shape up this place and get a little flavor into the food. Surpisingly, the portions are more in line with what I'm used to. Not American sized portions. Though, it's a shame to pay so much for such small quantities. You could frequent a local fitness bistro and have double the portion size with much more flavor than you receive here. Not to mention with more pleasant employees. Such a shame for a small business to be so unpleasant...
