I don't usually take the time to write reviews, good or bad, unless my experience was incredibly horrid or abnormally pleasant. Needless to say my time at Etech far exceeded my expectations. The simple fact that they take what others won't, i.e computers, tvs etc., is enough to bring me back. The management was extremely professional while also helpful and friendly. I recently dropped off several old phones and storage devices for recycling. I had some concerns about secure data deletion, and the staff was more than happy to address them. They took the time to retrieve my devices from my already handed pile even after the following business day, and walked me through their data-wiping process with complete transparency. Would give negative stars if I could. Showed up at 3:55pm, and was told "my register is not open" by one associate and "we close at 4:00" by the other. I looked at my watch and mentioned "It's not 4:00 yet" and they just looked at each other. Obviously more concerned with getting off than helping a customer.
