First Wok is my new favorite Chinese food place. My previous favorite place closed during covid, so I had to find a new one, and this is it. It's a little hole in the wall place with only a handful of tables to sit in. The people who work here are nice and efficient. Your food is done within 10 minutes, and you get quite a lot for the price. The lunch portions come with a side of soup and 2 crab rangoons, which comes with sweet and sour (I've noticed other places dont always do that), or an egg roll. You also get to choose white (steamed) or fried rice to accompany your main dish. The dinner portion is a good deal more of your main dish, but for a couple of bucks more, you can get the dinner special, which is kind of like the lunch portions, includes soup and the crab rangoons or egg roll. I'm not sure if you still get more food for your main dish, though, or if it's basically the lunch portions. As for the food itself, the crab rangoons are yummy. The hot and sour soup I did not particularly enjoy, but I have not tried the other soups (egg drop or wonton). I've had the general tso's chicken and the kung pao and enjoyed both, but I prefer the general tso's from here. It's nice and sweet and then the heat hits you. My kids had the sweet and sour and they really enjoyed it. I also tried some, and that was good. Another family member had the cashew chicken and they enjoyed that. My only complaint about the main dishes would be that some of the pieces of chicken were kind of gristly and hard to chew. Overall, nice little place, friendly staff, yummy food. For the cost, you should definitely...

It’s our New Year’s Eve tradition to order Chinese food for takeout. We decided on First Wok through a combination of great reviews and huge portions.

We made the call around 5:00 and ordered all the food you see: 2 Beef Lo Mein (1 without veggies), 1 Sweet & Sour Chicken, 1 Pineapple Chicken, 4 Egg Rolls & 2 Sides of Chicken Fried Rice.

Both of the Beef Lo Meins were the highlight for sure. The noodles were plentiful and the beef had a fantastic flavor.

Next best thing was the pineapple chicken. Holy sweet sauce, this was fantastic! The sauce compliment the meat and veggies perfectly. There was a plentiful amount of pineapple chunks as well.

The sweet and sour chicken is a great option for a breaded “American” Chinese staple. Very consistent and heavy portion of the chicken.

All entries itself delivered not only on taste but value.

The Chicken fried rice is very heavy on the bean sprouts, but I like them so it didn’t bother me. The fried rice was very good by itself and delivered a consistent flavor that served as a great base to the dish.

The white rice is your standard white rice that worked well with all entries.

The egg rolls were okay. Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Overall, for $80 after tip this was a great food investment! We still have food after 3 days and it still tastes great. They had all of this food ready in 20 minutes after calling. Talk about quick service!

The service was awesome and the server was very thankful for our order. We were happy to support this local Chinese restaurant and we recommend...

Horrible food and customer service. Drove a good 25 mins+ to go to a place with wonderful reviews. After I got home and tried eating my food it has got to be the WORST Chinese food I've eaten in my life. Hardly any sauce, very undercooked and not tasty at all. The after taste was enough to make anyone gag. I call back the restaurant and deal with the RUDEST people ever! They did not care to give a refund or remake the food. They hung up on me while trying to explain how disgusting their food is. I call back and request to speak to a manager. He understood hardly any English (not his fault at all). So I asked for their owners name, or to speak to someone that speaks better English. Denied ON everything. After I called them back the for the 4th time they left the phone call on and failed to respond to me for 7 mins until I finally hung up! WORST FOOD AND THE NASTIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced. I will have this place closed down...

I have now come here 2 or 3 times and so far I am pretty content! Some dishes outshine others, but the service outshined everything. The man that has been at the counter every time has been incredibly nice and service oriented. You can clearly tell he has been doing this a while. The lunch specials are definitely where it’s at! Cheap and delicious! The Szechuan beef has been my favorite. DELISH! Mongolian beef was good, but it had more onions than it did beef. Finally, the orange chicken was quite lackluster, a bit bland and not like your typical crunchy flavorful orange chicken. The fried rice I would avoid as it is basically just white rice with soy sauce and has no real flavor. But the white rice is typically fresh and delicious. All in all, being that this place is so close to my house. I will frequent them for the lunch special and great service!

I ordered the S2 . Kung Pao Shrimp with Fried Rice and it was AMAZING! My only complaint was the fried rice was not as tasty as the rest of my food. It was good fried rice, but it was just a side dish so it was a bit bland but it still went great with my food since I just stir it in. The Kung Pao Shrimp was 10/10! Lots of flavor and just the right amount of spicy! My partner also ordered the L7 Combination Lo Mein and A3 Chinese Donuts and he really enjoyed both. We spent a total of $35, the order was take out and we spent at most 10-15 minutes inside. The service was great and really friendly staff! I look forward to returning and trying more items on the menu as I’m sure they’re all great!
