Went in for a $50 dine in Taco order, was unable to order the birria tacos as they were out, then tried to order the specialty fish tacos and was not informed they were out of both pico de gallo and red onions which add about a dollar and cents to the regular taco price. Waiting a good time for our order and was given regular tacos at the $3.19 regular price with no add ons like pico and red onions. When my partner asked for red onions we were informed they were canceled a minute before we arrived but not informed. Then decided to return the three tacos and and just take the drink purchased, my partner was then asked why I was being so dramatic and if he's ok, acting as if there's abuse going on, simply for calmly going up and asking for a refund for three specialty tacos I did not want to eat as the price did not justify all they were out of. My partner and I then left without him finishing his tacos as he and I felt uncomfortable on how the manager addressed the situation. I simply returned the tacos that were missing the specialty items and the manager blew it up into "bro are you ok" when my partner replied "my tacos are fine, I see she would want a refund, you did not have what was shown on the tacos and that was not communicated" I came for either the birria tacos or the baja tacos with red onion and pico de gallo. I nor my partner should receive attitude when returning food that is not up to standard and asked for a simple refund. My partner and I are never coming back. Terrible management, no one's being abused, how dare that presumption be made. The food came, all my three tacos were incorrect, stood up and waited 10 minutes for a manager to give me a refund as it took a while to retrieve one. Explained everything with no profanity or yelling and simply said please return the tacos as the items promised aren't even in stock and I came for those specific items so I as the customer should have been let known ahead of time before I ordered to know to then just get a drink and eat somewhere else. That's exactly what we did, we left after we finished the drinks. My partner didn't care to finish his tacos after getting a bad feeling in house mouth about the manager. Never supporting Fuzzys and their franchises again, never have items in stock, then accused of being abusive when simply returning items I didn't order. That manger needs a reality check and many customers will be lost if you continue to victimize your customers for speaking up with specialty items are NEVER AVAILABLE. I could have been a bigger pain and asked for a full refund and to talk to a bigger manager after and I simply said I'll finish the drink and not support coming back and the manager just smirked. Terrible people at this establishment to the point where my partner and I are no longer supporting the franchise. Our relationship is worth more than specialty tacos that are never available but on the menu. I never want to be accused of abusing my partner over returning tacos. Read moreI came in to pick up a delivery from this location. I proceeded to the pick up station and asked if the order was ready. The server told me that it wasn't ready yet.
I stood out of the way and patiently waited for my order. It seemed that no matter where I stood, I was always in everyone's way. There is no designated place to sit or stand while waiting on an order.
I finally sat at a vacant table, in order to get out of everyone's way. As I waited, multiple delivery drivers came in an received their orders with no issues.
The server that I had spoken with was back and forth and totally ignored my existence. He never checked on the status of my order, nor did he ask me anything at all. He just went about his business.
After 20 minutes of waiting, a lady came in and asked if I could vacate the table that I was sitting at so that her large group could push the two tables together and use them. I very nicely stated that I had to sit down because there is nowhere to wait for the order without getting in everyone's way. I gladly gave her the table though.
I resumed standing, waiting, waiting and getting in everyone's way again. I had another delivery to pick up and had lost my patience entirely at that point.
What a waste of time and gas! As a delivery driver, I help to expand businesses like these because they refuse to hire and pay for in house delivery drivers. I should not have been so easily dismissed.
Now that customer will be inconvenienced as a result of their mishandling's. Not to mention that there is no adequate place to wait for an order in this establishment.

I am writing this review on behalf of a couple that I witnessed being treated very poorly this evening. When the couple came in it was still fairly busy on a Friday night and they were just trying to figure out what they needed to do to get some food and a place to eat. I was at the bar counter and the female of the couple came over to save some seats so that they could sit down after ordering their food because there were no tables available. After the male ordered the food for the couple he came over to join her at the bar and they proceeded to order a drink. When the bartender came over to take their order she asked them what they would like and the bartender asked would you like a menu and she said no thank you we already ordered our food. Her mood and demeanor changed immediately and without even inquiring what they wanted to drink she said we are a full service bar you should have ordered your food from me. They did get their drink order but then when he was buzzed to pick up his food he was once again questioned about why he didn't order his food at the bar. I am a huge customer service person and talked to those customers and they were extremely uncomfortable. Please don't make your customers uncomfortable because you are a busy and they are just trying to figure out what to do.
