I frequent this Jimmy Johns, and have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately today’s visit didn’t meet the service I was used too. I ordered two sandwiches and both ended up being incorrect. JJBLT came with only tomato and bacon, and the Pepe was asked to be cut in half with onion. It wasn’t cut in half, and there was only a couple pieces of onion on there.
I did go back to let the employees know, and they fixed the sandwiches. However, I feel like the custom service aspect wasn’t there. There wasn’t an apology, and I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously about it. The employee even asked what I would like on my JJBLT back through the drive thru after saying it was missing lettuce which felt a little silly since lettuce is in JJBLT.
This probably sounds a bit too nit picky. For me this is just a way to communicate how today went. I understand things happen, and we all have good days and bad days. I’ve worked customer service and still do. And I definitely understand mistakes happen. It just felt like the customer service wasn’t there like it usually was, and I felt like the mistakes were viewed as that it was my problem.

The tables, though available, were noticeably filthy, and there were multiple instances of spills on the floor throughout the dining area. To make matters worse, I observed paper towels strewn across the floor, which was truly off-putting and unsanitary.
As a customer, I believe it is crucial for a restaurant to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Unfortunately, my experience at Jimmy John’s fell far short of these expectations. The lack of cleanliness was not only unpleasant but also raised concerns about overall hygiene and food safety.
I sincerely hope that Jimmy John’s management takes immediate action to address these cleanliness issues, as it is vital for the reputation and customer satisfaction of the establishment. Cleanliness should always be a top priority, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.

As far as service went, I'm a bit disappointed. We had a gift card and the employees saw us open it from the cardboard packaging. We attempted to swipe it, but it wasn't working. I offered they could try putting in the number and pin manually but didn't get a response. I dont think they tried to, but I could be wrong. I would have just canceled the order, but they already had the food made and would've felt bad to cancel.
