Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Beware of this location! The service has only gotten worse. The prices and delivery charges have gone up and the quality and customer service have gone down the drain. DO NOT TIP YOUR DRIVER UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY ARRIVE. The driver was rude, just handed us the bag without a greeting or apology and after taking 30 minutes (from the time it showed out for delivery) to deliver from the store, which is 5 minutes away. When we called to inquire about the status, the girl said the driver was sent out with too many deliveries. Poor management on their part and they haven't been Freaky Fast in a long time. We went into Jimmy Johns to get some sandwiches and asked if they could take the cheese and bacon off one of the sandwiches so our son who is on a ketogenic diet (low carb/high fat diet) for seizure control could have the bacon and cheese. We also asked if we could buy a side of meat. They said they could not do either because it was against their policy. We have not had this problem at other chains or other restaurants. They were not willing to help us as we tried to get food for our 4 year old with severe diet restrictions. We were very disappointed in the service and understanding. We live less than a mile from this location and ordered delivery one lazy Saturday. The order arrived quickly but we later noticed our chips weren’t with our order. When we called to let them know they accused us of lying! Delivery driver was one on the phone saying he delivered them personally. I’m sorry but I don’t have enough time to wrongfully accuse jimmy Johns over some chips but the manager was rude and we never got a refund, coupon, or a quick delivery of our chips.
