Disappointing Experience and Unfulfilled Promises I'm writing this review to share my incredibly frustrating experience. I signed up for a 25% off coupon, providing my phone number and email in exchange. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the staff told me they couldn't honor the discount. After the service, I asked the manager to remove my personal information from all their marketing lists, since the agreed-upon discount was not applied. The manager assured me my data would be removed, but I am still receiving promotional emails and text messages. It's clear that my request was not understood or was simply ignored, which is very concerning. Furthermore, it's baffling that a manager was unable to manually apply a 25% discount, especially after the coupon was not honored. This lack of authority and poor handling of the situation made the whole experience feel unprofessional. The problems continued at checkout. The employee attempted to check me out while my nails were still wet and ended up damaging my magnetic Apple wallet. The entire experience with the staff felt disorganized and unprofessional, which is a stark contrast to the clean appearance of the salon itself. Overall, the lack of follow-through, confusing policies, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing visit. I hope the salon addresses these issues promptly and, most importantly, honors my request to be removed from all future...

I really wanted to love this place because it is very clean and cute, but it was a miss for me. Despite having made appointments weeks in advance for our group (2 adults, 4 girls) they only had two nail techs working and we were there for HOURS. I don’t blame the techs- they were so nice - but we really should have been scheduled for a time when they had more staff working. This also resulted in someone else waiting over 30-mins to get one chipped nail fixed from their pedicure the previous day. Other misses included the completely unnecessary tour (we’ve all seen a bathroom and a product wall, right?), and the warm neck pillows we were offered, watched the receptionist put in the microwave, but then never actually received. Additionally, the polish on some of our nails started chipping the next day, and my feet were still so rough and callused the next morning that you would never believe I’d just had a pedicure. I’m bummed because my nail tech was so sweet and fun to talk to, but I likely won’t be returning - definitely not worth...
Read moreI would not recommend trying this place for the price they sit at. My partner and I had a very poor pedicure experience. I reached out to give Frenchies the opportunity to rectify the situation prior to leaving a negative review, and I have not heard back. Our pedicures cost $95 and $80 with a $40 tip. Overview: **Both techs did very little actual work on the feet, they mostly put the products on our feet and just sat there. -No massage -Poor callus treatment -Didn't know how to paint with gel polish -they weren't familiar with what the products they were putting on us -The sugar scrub was the same as the massage, under 60 seconds each -Did not clean under the nail corners the paraffin-like treatment was not melted and did not cover my feet
Our nail techs had 1 yr (clearly not enough training, she had to ask many times what was next, how to heat things up, gave no massage, didn't know how to remove gel polish) and one who has 30 yrs experience who allowed my partner's detox mask to sit there for 15min while talking to us.
To spend $175 and a $40 tip for that type of treatment felt like theft. The salon had potential, but the techs were really poor. Their...
