Edit: After 6 month break, I decided to give this place a try again. I had a few good experiences and then.... I FOUND A BAND-AID IN MY PIZZA.. thats right people, a band-aid.. see below for the pictures
This place used to be the only place I order Pizza from and now you couldn't pay me to order from this location. Historically I have ordered pizza at a minimum of 2 times a week from this place spending close to 20$ each time after tip. Over the last 3 years I have witnessed this place go from excellent to the worst service I have ever experienced. The last year has been very rocky with them but I kept ordering hoping it would go back to like it was before. My last 2 experiences were the final straw and I no longer order from this location, I also learned even if you pick up your order, odds are they will screw it up. That is what happened to me the previous order when I paid for and was given someone elses pizza. My most recent order, I ordered a large pizza, cheese bread and a 2 liter of SieraMist for delivery and provided my CC. When I placed the order I was told 45 minutes to 1 hour for the delivery. After 1 hour I was called and told my CC was declined (they screw up recording CC numbers quite often). I gave them my CC number again because they did not record it correctly. 45 minutes later I called back asking where my pizza was. I was told it was out for delivery. 30 minutes after that, the delivery driver shows up, tells me my CC was declined and I needed to pay cash. I checked the CC number and it was wrong again. When the pizza finally showed up it was cold the cheese bread was luke warm and I didnt recieve my SieraMist. I called and told the manager I wanted to be called back by the owner because the owner needed to be aware of how bad this store has become. I never received a call back, and never received my soda so I paid over 20$ for food that I ended up not eating. From the top down, this place doesn't care about its customers or customer experience. If you want good pizza DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Make the drive to a different Louies location or just go with a different company all together. Hopefully the owner reads these and realizes the management at this location has run it into the ground.. Too bad they will never get another chance from me and I bet there are a lot of people who feel the same way.
Also, if you order by phone and pay with a CC, just know they write down your CC number on the order form use for the order (the last driver showed up to my house with a piece of paper and my CC number on it). They do not run the card when you give them the info. Does this seem like a good practice to anyone? It seems like a good way to have CC info stolen..

Read moreI really do love Louie's pizza. I hate writing this review 1) because it's going to take time (but they took time from me) and 2) they have some things to work on at this location.
I called at 11:38 am to put in an order for the Broncos game day special - a large 1-topping pizza, garlic (cheese?) sticks and an order of wings for $29.99. They said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes but it is a Sunday at lunch with the Broncos waiting so when I arrived at 11:59 pm, I wasn't expecting it to be ready when I walked in.
First issue was that the deal was not in their system and my order was going to be like $46-48, I forgot which. When I mentioned the special I showed the Facebook post on my phone but he couldn't find it in their system. We got that resolved. 👍
It wasn't until 12:21 or 12:22 until I was leaving with the food. And I saw it come right out and they got it ready quickly and I got it. But it's like they didn't even start to make it until I got there and paid for it.
I even saw an order on/in the warmer for like 10-15 minutes, for someone who was dining in, and it wasn't until who I thought was a manager, looked at the orders in/on the warmer and called out the name.
I have never had this issue at the Briargate Blvd location. So either they got really busy after I called in my order, at which time, when I arrived they could have said hey your order is going to take longer because we miscalculated/underestimated or got busy or something. At least let me know.
Why was the deal that they put on Facebook, not in their system? I know I mentioned it when I called. I didn't make sure they understood that it was the game day deal. So I will learn from that from now on.
I hope this gets to someone at the location so they can improve. I'm usually very forgiving and will come back again. My wife is not as forgiving. If she has a choice I doubt she will come back again. And I love Louie's pizza so now you're making it harder on me to give you business any more. So please help...

However, this last weekend, while our family was visiting from out of town, we had a bad experience. I called in for delivery but was told their delivery was running so late that they shut it down. That was fine. I would go and pick it up. After all, they were only 5 minutes away. We ordered 1 medium, 1 large, and an order of cheesy bread. We picked up the order and got home only to find that our large, Louie’s special, actually had pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños on it. I called right away and the guy on the phone told me that they had our pizza and we could come get it. I asked that they deliver it to us, as it was their mistake and I felt it was the least they could do. I was told they would only deliver it with a $3 fee. I refused to pay a fee for a mistake they made. I spoke with the manager, Tony, who told me the same thing. Meanwhile, I never once received an apology for their mistake. I asked to speak to a higher up and was told that they can’t give out their names or when I could reach them. Apparently, they don’t want to answer for their poorly run business practices. THIS IS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Being in the service industry myself, I understand what it means to take care of our customers.
