Sign said “grand opening” but seems like they’ve been open for a little while now. Came on a Sunday at 230pm. There was a line 10 people deep with only 2 people working. It took about 30 minutes to get my drink. I also thought it was weird that they charged me extra for my tapioca boba, usually that come standard with a milk tea. I had a few questions about the coffee items on the menu, the girl at the counter couldn’t answer any of my questions as “she was not familiar with the coffee items”. I ended up getting an Ice Cream milk tea, which came to me warm. Also weird considering it’s supposed to be an iced drink. My ice cream melted instantly, and I was left with no ice in my drink either. My drink ended being luke warm by the time we left the store and got in my car. I’ve come here twice now and will continue to frequent this Boba Shop. I’ve had so many Boba teas in many different cities and states and this is my favorite by far. Their actual teas drinks are delicious and the sweetness level is just right. It’s the perfect balance that many shops lack. The staff is very welcoming, kind and accommodating. They have a wonderful variety so everyone can find something they like. We have tried their Thai tea, mountain oolong milk tea and jasmine green tea milk tea. Absolute perfection, thank you so much! To be honest, I am not a milk tea fan, but this milk tea shop has refreshed my view of milk tea. I think it’s because they use real tea leaves for the tea base, and these tea leaves are imported from China. The drinks they provide have a very balanced ratio of milk and tea. You can completely taste the fragrance of milk and tea without feeling that one flavor overwhelms the other. I personally like Strawberry Paradise and Taro milk tea.
