Delicious food. Huge portions. Priced Right. Took the kids. Mom and the kids shared orange chicken and lo mein. Dad and me shared family meal. We ordered egg rolls and cheese wontons. We shouldn't have. the family dinner comes with the poo poo platter that has egg rolls and cream cheese wontons We had so much food. The soup bowl is big enough for 5 people. It was for two of us. He ordered the Shanghai meat lovers I had generals chicken. I have loved Asian food since my first time in Germany when an immigrant made us the best Chinese food I've ever had. This was really close. It reminds me a little of the place from a Christmas story. Only in decorations. we ate a good chunk of our food and we still took home what was the same size as three items at that Panda place. it's so much food they could get away with serving you one entree with everything else and it would still be fine. the general's chicken with seasoned perfectly kids liked it and even though there was Chili's visible to the eye was not spicy at all. That's very important to them. Dad loved the flavors of his pork beef and chicken. Will be back and hopefully often. Kids loved it, Dad loved and I loved it. Mom's picky. But...
Read moreI was overly disappointed with the food served at Jasmine Cafe. Everything we ordered was blend. The kicker for me was their Chow Mein that we ordered had no noodles in it whatsoever. It was a bunch of mushy vegetables in some kind of cornstarch liquid that did not taste like anything. Apparently, what they refer to as crispy noodles are in fact a side of crispy deep fried wonton chips. Before writing this review, I called the restaurant back to inquire about my family's disappointment. All they offered to do was to give me another side of crispy wonton (which I turned down since we don't like these). Everywhere I have had chow mein in the past involved a dish that included some type of actual noodles. In good faith, I returned to Jasmine Cafe to explain my disappointing experience (they did not seem to care about the feedback). I ordered another noodle dish before writing this review, and they were both just as blend. If you want to save some money, please don't go there. Try cooking your own Chinese food instead. It will most likely have...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service. We pre-ordered our food 2 hours in advance, and my sister's family also ordered after us but 2 hours in advance. Our husband's go to pick up the food at 5 pm, and my BIL gets his food immediately but has to wait for my husband's order since they drove together. 40 MINUTES Later, I call my husband wondering where they are. He says they don't have our food ready. I call the store and immediately get put on hold, 5 minutes later they get on the phone and I explain how my husband's there and all I get is were working on the food, we need to work with them. No apology, no discount, no nothing. I get a couple of minutes, but over 40 minutes of waiting after we pre-ordered is ridiculous. Then, to have such horrible customer service on the phone and get no apology or anything, just rudeness. Defined lost our service just based on the lack of caring, which is one thing you must have when running a business that has...
