I really dislike going to this location because their ice cream is never working or their tea tastes old or theyre out of something else. I went there tonight because i had placed an order for my normal location but when i got there they were closed so i went here...and i still dont like it. I waited in one line while the other got three cars served in a row before i finally was able to go and then i ordered. I had a code which was for 20% off my order and everything looked good and correct on the screen and the guy confirmed and so did i. (The only thing i edited on my order was a deluxe crispy sandwich with an extra chicken filet, add bacon, extra lettuce and NO tomatoes) when i got to the window i realized i didnt order a strawberry smoothie but i had given the guy a code that was linked to my card and so he had it charge me before he opened the window and i apologized and asked to add a smoothie which unfortunately needed to be paid separately since i already paid for my order so the 20% wasnt on that. Anywayi get to the second window and was informed they dont have any strawberry smoothie only mango pineapple and shows they are not communicating with each other(which sucks because i cant have pineapple but took it anyway). I was then handed my food and the chicken sandwich i ordered and specialized was just the normal sandwich and i got the person who gave me my orders attention and let him know and he immediately grabbed the manager which is fine and i grabbed my receipt only to see that none of the mods i asked for were on the receipt even tho they were on the screen then i had to pay AGAIN for extra filet and bacon which AGAIN didnt have the 20% off because it was done rigjt the first time and idk why or what happened because the screen was correct! And the manager was having an issue charging my card when i gave her the code and im hoping i dont get charged multiple times for this...also i was missing a thing of fries, my sauce for my nuggets, there was 3 missing nuggets in my 20 piece, and the fries were old and cold and so was the chicken fillets. There are no longer open until 3:00 a.m. the manager at night decides to close early due to staff shortage never heard of it my store manager stay open until 3:00 a.m. because that's what our customers expect i came in here tonight at 2:50 a.m. and was told that they had to close early due to staff shortage i live right around the corner and know that there's no such thing as a staff at the store because if so why don't they have a no hiring sign up. Just an FYI i will be reporting this to the McDonald's corporation that you guys are not following by franchisee policies and standards according to the corporationyou guys pay franchisee rights to the McDonald's corporation to stay in business because you paid for that franchisee McDonald's location however there is laws rules and regulations according to the McDonald's policy that you have to follow according to store operational hours i will be reporting this and i will not stop until further action is taken against his night manager this is not the first time and this is getting quite the manager of this store needs to step up and take responsibility over night managers and do what's right for the customers in the community. Read moreDon't come here. Just dont. It's worth driving to the next closest McDonald's, trust me. So, this just happened I walked out of the store and am writing this. I go in for breakfast. Ask for a number 6 meal with a large orange juice and some other irrelevant items. I pay, a lot, whatever, and get my stuff fairly quickly so all was good right? Surely so. Well I foolishly don't look in the bag for a while, I went to use the bathroom, came back out went outside (was walking so getting my stuff easy to carry) and finally do look about 20 mins after ordering and oh lookie they forgot the hash brown! That's fine, I'll go let them know. And here's the issue, since when do cashiers argue TO NO END that you didn't pay for a meal, which I did, and that even though the receipt says I did that I must've gotten it and they're not giving me another one. A hash brown. That's it. They refused. She argued with me for over 5 minutes, nobody in management came to see what was wrong. No ody else tried to just give me the thing I paid for. Nope. Couldn't possibly listen to your customers and oblige then, even if they don't have a receipt proving they've paid for and not received items. Insanity, what is wrong with people lately? Can you just not handle being wrong and so won't concede to give me a f*ing hash brown? Never coming back, had to write a review because what else can I even do to get some semblance of feeling the issue was corrected if I don't?
